I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Steven and his team are very efficient and prompt. He evaluated my needs, diagnosed the issues and had a plan of action at the initial visit. An added perk is the initial visit is at NO cost. My issues were promptly resolved on the next visit.

Accredited Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. The owner Steven replied quickly to my questions. He explained the different types of shingles available and went above and beyond trying to find the color I originally wanted. This company is transparent and personable. I was provided with dates for material drop off and job completion. After the roof was installed an employee came back the next day to perform an inspection. From the minute I shook Steve’s hand, I knew he had my family’s well-being and security in mind. After the hailstorm in March 2025, accredited roofing was suggested to me by a friend. We had damage on all of our siding, gutters, roof, garage door, front door, the list goes on. Everything needed to be replaced, and Steve and his team made sure it was done right! We couldn’t be happier with the end result, but more importantly, the communication and assistance Steve provided throughout the process. He walked us through all of our insurance claim questions, as well as volunteering to meet the adjuster if needed. This community means the world to Steve and it shows through his work and dedication with Accredited Roofing!

I am very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of Accredited Roofing. Steve called me back within a few minutes and provided same day service during the New Years week and frigid cold temps. He quickly identified and removed a piece of aluminum fascia bent due to a recent windstorm. Even though it was still windy he removed the piece to prevent continued banging against side of house. He said he would return as soon as winds calmed down. True to his word a tech showed up the following day and ensured new fascia was securely installed. Steve was very easy to work with and I definitely recommend Accredited Roofing. I will advise anyone with roofing or siding issues to call him first.

They were upfront and honest about the pricing, patient while working with me as I made different option choices outside of what insurance would cover, and very responsive. They also ended up doing high-quality work On my new gutters, roof, facia, and downspout. I was very pleased!

Their project for our home was delayed due to a number of circumstances not related to their service or performance. Every associate, especially Natalie Marsh, treated us with the upmost respect and handled all situations in a very professional manner.

I signed a contract with them In April 2015 to replace: 1 - roof, 2 - soffits and fascia, 3 - gutters/downspouts and paid my 1st payment which was 1/3 of entire amount. I was told that the project will be completed in about 6 weeks. After 6 months and every day calls to the company I eventually had my roof installed. Next step was to install soffits and fascia. It took another month and eventually one guy showed up to install soffits and fascia. The guy took my check started to work and left after 1 hour. Next day nobody showed up at all. I have every morning calls with their product team, billing team and do not see the end of this story. BTW I want to put my house on the market and can't do it few months due to "extremely professional and dedicated company" Daech & Bauer.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I hired them to put an entire roof on my parents home in Feb. 2015. We gave them $2000.00 to buy the materials to start the job. This company became a nightmare. They left a dumpster on my parents asphalt driveway all night that caused extensive damage to the point we now have huge craters and cracks where the tires were sitting. Then when they removed it they ran part of it through the yard causing a huge rut. They threw shingles onto the awnings causing damage to the one over the back door. They put ladders up against the gutter on the front of the garage that bent and broke all the clips that hold it in place. The gutter now leaks at the seams and water runs behind the siding and into the garage door. This all took place in 2 days that they were on my property. The estimate to fix the driveway is $900.00 and the garage gutter is $250.00. They tried to bend the awning back in place and cracked and broke the metal and paint. My family received a certified letter yesterday April 8 from RP Lumber in Edwardsville, IL telling us they are going to place a lien on my mother's house due to lack of payment for the materials Daech & Bauer picked up in February. This was an insurance claim that was paid out to my mother to replace the roof and now she has a possible lien on her house because of the misrepresentation and fraud committed by this company. I drove over to the address listed for this company however when I got there with a police officer the building was vacant. I got hold of the person that apparently answers the phone for this so called roofing company and she said she works out of her home. If you go online and try to get any kind of information there are numerous addresses and phone numbers to which NONE are either a good number or there is some other company occupying the address. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in St. Louis and they are being very helpful in assisting my family with filing the claim. I have also been advised by the insurance company that paid for the roof to contact the Attorney Generals office. I am now handing this over to my attorney. I have contacted the Division of Contracting & Licensing in Springfield, IL to file an investigation. I also intend on calling the news media to try and warn people about this company so this does not happen to anyone else.
