    Paid Lawn associates to start the 4 process application for my lawn they came out one time in April and never came back. Kathy gave me the run around for two months and then gave me excuses on why her company didn’t finish their job when I went to cancel. Apparently this lawn company doesn’t come out to do their job when it rains sometimes and it’s to hot in the summer? Since it’s the customers fault on why they are unprofessional I won’t be calling them again ever. Lucky I even gave them 1 star. My lawn is worse now then it was before thanks to Lawn care associates

    UPDATING THIS REVIEW: I originally gave them 2-stars because I witnessed a decline in their service over the last three years. However, after posting that review, they contacted me to apologize and asked me to allow them to correct my concerns, which I thought was a great approach. Since then, they have corrected their poor scheduling and have reverted to calling regularly to alert us when they are coming. I’ve been a loyal customer for over twenty years and I’d like to see them continue to succeed. I promise to change to 5-stars once I see their excellent customer service continue.
