Their service has gone downhill ever since they switched employees. They are always late in starting up service every year also.

I truly appreciate the advice and responsiveness that I have received from the staff. Great customer service and they are all able to share pertinent info on lawn care.

They are bringing our lawn back to life and it looks great! Only 2 weeks in our new house and even after the first treatment you can see the difference. I wish I took before pictures!

I gave been a customer of Landscape Associates, now for a few years. I have never had any issues. If I had any questions, I called the office and spoke directly with the owner. A very professional company. Taylor is the tech that services my property and does a fantastic job. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Paid Lawn associates to start the 4 process application for my lawn they came out one time in April and never came back. Kathy gave me the run around for two months and then gave me excuses on why her company didn’t finish their job when I went to cancel. Apparently this lawn company doesn’t come out to do their job when it rains sometimes and it’s to hot in the summer? Since it’s the customers fault on why they are unprofessional I won’t be calling them again ever. Lucky I even gave them 1 star. My lawn is worse now then it was before thanks to Lawn care associates

UPDATING THIS REVIEW: I originally gave them 2-stars because I witnessed a decline in their service over the last three years. However, after posting that review, they contacted me to apologize and asked me to allow them to correct my concerns, which I thought was a great approach. Since then, they have corrected their poor scheduling and have reverted to calling regularly to alert us when they are coming. I’ve been a loyal customer for over twenty years and I’d like to see them continue to succeed. I promise to change to 5-stars once I see their excellent customer service continue.

I have used LA for over 20 years and have never had an issue with the quality of their service. Everyone who has worked at my house has been knowledgable and helpful. 20 yrs ago my lawn consisted of weeds, clover, and creeping charlie. By years 2&3 we had a much improved lawn, and by year 4 our grass was the best looking in the neighborhood.

I loved their service for YEARS. Then they changed lawn service employees, and I almost canceled service. But now with Dan servicing my lawn, I couldn't be happier! They call the day before they're going to be here and Dan does an amazing, thorough job every time!

Have been a customer for over 20 years. I always have the greenest lawn on the block. The technician is professional and knowledgeable. He gives us mowing and watering tips that also help keep our lawn healthy and green. Thank you Dionis.

On August 2, 2021 Max, the owner of Bill’s Lawn Maintenance, came out to my home to view my property survey to determine if there is enough room between my home and my neighbor’s home for his mowers to cut efficiently. After viewing the survey and inspecting my lawn he agreed with me that there is in fact enough room on my property to mow efficiently. Max took the time to do what was best for his customer. I so appreciate what he did today! I wish him much success in his business. All of his staff are professional and courteous at all times. Thank you!

Last year, I undertook a significant garden project that involved planting trees and bushes, all backed by a one-year guarantee. Unfortunately, this spring, one of the trees began to show signs of dying. I reached out to the company multiple times to explain the situation. Yesterday, they installed a new tree to replace the ailing one. I'm grateful for their dedicated customer service team, who worked diligently to resolve the issue promptly. Thank you for your commitment to customer satisfaction!

Had Bill’s come out to the house to help with some trimming and bush removal. Max was great and scheduled me for the end of July, but we had a graduation party to host on the 16th. Karen (who answers the phones) worked hard to move that date up so the work got done well before our party date. We had a great experience all around.

We had Bill's install a rock border around our pond. They did an outstanding job! It was completed ahead of schedule and looks fantastic! They didn't even leave a mark on the grass after hauling in all the rock. I highly recommend Bill's if you need a job like this done.

Bill’s Lawn maintenance have the best prices. I got a couple different quotes from other companies and was presently surprised how lower this guys are. And they did my work week after I receive the quote. Job look amazing . And after everything was done Max came in and follow up with me to make sure everything looks good. I’m really happy and I will recommend them to anybody. Thank you guys.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Work quality was excellent, the guys were on-time and professional. Best part was the supervisor came by a few days later to ask if I was happy with the work and we walked walked the entire property to inspect their work.

Definitely will use them again for future project work.

Bill’s Lawn Maintenance does it all. The office staff, Karen and Monica, are friendly and helpful, from scheduling to billing they are great. Our weekly maintenance is done cheerfully, precisely and with pride. The special projects group is amazing. The quoting process, beautifully done by Cory, gave me the opportunity to express what I wanted and she offered suggestions to improve my plan. The staff and crew that execute the plan (drainage issues, removals and planting) are a joy to watch. Their work is impeccable and the people are kind, helpful and strive for perfection. Our hats are off to Jimmy and his group.
