Called for free branch removal on Saturday. Didn’t leave a message but he called me back and said they could come out and take our tree branches around 5. Then he said they got stuck at a job and would come out the next morning. 9:30 am Sunday morning rolls around and no word. We reach out and he’s lost his phone and someone turned it into the police. Understandable. He contacts us later Sunday once his phone is returned and states he can still come out the next morning which is Monday. We wait AGAIN and nothing!! We waited 3 days for this “company” and he blows us off with no warning or response to our attempts to contact him. Yes, stuff happens but 3 days and ignoring our calls/texts makes die a SHAM company. DO NOT USE.

Moved our tree! 5in dogwood, couple years old. Way better then cutting it down and losing it. It was awesome to watch the process. Definetly recommend!

Updated review.....They saved my Mom's tree! These guys are truly tree experts. I feel like they took us to tree school and them they saved my Mom's favorite dying tree. It's doing great since they came out last year.

One of there employees were cutting the grass on Pfeiffer road .I ask him to clear the street from the grass he cut ..he told me after he finished cutting the other grass .he would blow the street with a blower . I told me has soon a motorcycle hits that grass he or she can spin out

I needed to have 3 large spruce trees transplanted on my property. Paul with Arbor Care was professional, and curious. After being blown off by a local landscaper for months, I called Arbor Care. He came out and moved my trees the very next week! I wish i would have called them first. I would highly recommend them!

Arbor Care is one of the best Large trees moving company in Illinois as I never get better service than it. I have a big farm in Chicago and also have a garden at my new home outside of Chicago, IL. Before few days ago, I wanted to plant some trees in my garden, but I was unaware of the type of trees suitable for my landscape soil and the care needed for them. At that time, my husband suggested me to contact Arbor Care the tree specialist company that provides tree planting and Large and large tree moving services in all over Illinois County. I called them and they visited my garden, carried out GPS Tree Inventory & GIS Mapping and suggested me to transplant some trees from my old farm. They have done big tree moving easily without damaging deep roots of trees and carried out Tree transplanting very well. I am very thankful to them for providing such an efficient as well as sufficient big tree moving service including tree planting tips. Now I don't worry about my garden because Arbor Care is with me...!!!

We had a fairly large job done that need coordination from an apartment complex and Com-ed. From start to finish everything was smooth and handled great. The crew that did the job was amazing. When they left the cleanup was like they were never here. We have used other companies in the past but by far this was the best. We will use them next year for another job we will have done. Pricing fair and competitive. Prompt service addressed storm damage and general thinning. Crews worked as a team and did a good job cleaning up branches and debris. Office staff very customer oriented. Have used several companies over the years and will go back to Precise.

We have used Precise Tree Care for years now and will always call them if we need a tree removed or trees pruned. They recently came out to trim some low hanging branches around our yard. Their charge was very reasonable and their work and cleanup was excellent.

Precise Tree Care did a fantastic job of trimming 2 very tall trees in the front of our house! Their communications with the customer are excellent, the job was done quickly, and the guys did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Will definitely use them again!

Jose and his team from Precise tree company were awesome!! They arrived on time, were very professional when speaking with my husband and I, explaining how they were going to remove our trees. They did the removal of our two trees very quickly and very carefully, as they were close to our home.
Upon completion of the removal, they did a great job cleaning up our lawn and also our neighbors, where some of the wood pieces may have blown on their lawn. Kudos and a big thank you for a job well done!!! I will definitely refer people to your company.

Precise Tree Care are great to work with. Their communication and response times are excellent. My neighbor and I scheduled to have some problem trees taken down along our shared fence and my neighbor was scheduled for 8am and me at 11. They had all 3 big trees down, some smaller ones along my other fence, all cleared, gone, yards tidied on both sides and out of here by 10:30am.

The team are professional and really skilled at what they do. It was great to watch how quickly and safely they got 3 massive trees down and cleared out without any damage to underlying structures.

They are really well-priced as well, so it's excellent value for money. I was expecting to spend in excess of $1000 for my share and mine and the neighbor's bills came in less than that COMBINED. This will definitely be my go-to tree place for any future work that I need done. Highly recommend this company if you need anything done.

I contacted Precise and 4 other tree services in the area. Precise was the first to respond back within 2 days of reaching out to their business. They came to our house and inspected our trees and gave an immediate quote. Out of all the offers we received their quote was the most economical. They followed through with various emails and kept me in the loop the entire time. When I emailed them, they emailed back within 24 hours. They showed up at 8:00 am ready to work and completed everything we asked for by 4:00 pm. There was not a stick left on my lawn and we had 3 very large trees removed and 1 trimmed. I will use them again. I highly recommend this service.

Our area was hit by a tornado with much tree damage. Despite being busy after the storm, Precise responded and performed tree services in a very timely fashion. The work was cleaned up well afterwards without significant debris. They stand out for excellent communication (phone/text/email) and great customer service!
