So glad I called Percise Tree Care to have my smaller oak trees removed. They made the job effortless and and I can't be more pleased.

The team that came out where very professional, and very organized. They were in and out quick and they did a great job with clean up which was much appreciated.

We will definitely call Percise again when the need arises. Their prices are great, the staff is superior and you end up very happy!

We inquired about work to be done and Precise was very accommodating giving a couple of different quotes with various jobs. We had some shrubs removed around our patio and the crew was very conscious of our gazebo and furniture and cleaned up well. They were on time, efficient, and the office staff was friendly and helpful. We also recommended them to my sister for tree removal from storm damage within a couple of weeks after. They did great work there as well.

The company was great to work with. We had 3 very large trees in the yard that all needed to be pruned. There were 6 guys who really worked like a well oiled machine. Very efficient, each had their job, and they cleaned up everything when finished. I think you can see the trees smiling. :) I would certainly recommend them.

We recently had Precise Tree Care Prune three of our trees, one with the bucket truck. Two with the Arborist climbing the trees.
The group of people they sent out were some of the hardest working people I have ever seen. Never a wasted motion, nobody standing around. The ground guy controlling the rope was anticipating the tree guys every move, it was like a ballet.
Every movement synchronised, everyone safe all the time.
I would recommend these people to anyone.
They did a good job of clearing up after themselves nothing left for me to do but admire their handiwork.
And the price was good as well.
What more can I say.

Not impressed with this company. Called to set up an appointment and was given a 48 hour window for someone to show up. I kindly requested that somebody give me advance notice due to my work schedule. Of course somebody showed up unannounced without prior notification therefore missing my appointment. Another appointment would take a week or longer. They wasted my time and their own, not impressed

The proposal said 2-3 weeks but the job was completed 1 week after I sent it back to them. The guys were great and the job was completed within 2 1/2 hours. I was not there when they started the job, they were very courteous to my wife and explained to her and my neighbors what they were going to do. Precise was recommended to me, they were considerably less than the big guy, I will be recommending them going forward!! Thank you

Jose and his crew were spectacular. Great communication and extremely efficient during the removal of my Oak tree. Cleaned up beautifully, and I will use Precise Tree Service again, if need be. Their price was very fair and I highly recommend them.

We recently used Precise for trimming a tree that was planted too close to our house. They responded quickly and sent an arborist to examine the tree within a few days. The price quoted was reasonable and the job was done to our specifications. They did a great job cleaning up the area after they finished. I highly recommend them.

I started using Precise Tree Care kind of by accident in 2023.. I have a paperbark maple tree that I thought I had lost a year or two after getting it transplanted. Their arborist, Joe, came out at no charge to assess it and came up with a treatment plan, which was started a few weeks later. That ultimately saved my tree-and my investment (Trees are expensive!) That tree starting turning around within a month or so after the first treatment. I ended up calling them back to assess my other trees. Some had problems, some did not. The ones that had any issues are now being cared for. I am beyond grateful to have found a company like Precise Tree Care. They've been responsive, reasonably priced, and answer any concerns I have. Highly recommend! Keep up the good work!!

I contacted Precise Tree Care for the removal of a large dead maple tree in my back yard. The arborist Gus quickly assessed the situation and submitted a proposal the same evening. The estimate for the work was fair and reasonable. I approved the proposal and 2 weeks later the work was performed. The crew arrived on time, as scheduled and began work immediately and worked through some challenging very cold weather conditions. They were very professional and efficient and protected my property very well from any damage. When finished, they carefully removed any debris from the work area and left the property in the same condition as it was before they began their work.
I was always kept informed by the entire staff at Precise Tree Care from requesting an estimate to the completion of the work.
They are definitely a 5 star company.

Very pleased with the service I have received from Precise Tree. Have used them a few times over the years. They have reshaped my trees , trimmed them and now have treated them for Fungus control. They are professional,clean up good and communicate very well . Office person very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

The crew is still at our home and cleaning up.
Things they did well
1. Safely cut branches away from the 2-story house on a very tall tree.
2. Cleaned up well.
3. All workers were polite and respectful.

Things they did not do well:
1. We requested arborist input on a shrub for the day of work, did not receive that, not the fault of the workers.
2. No fully English speaking crew members. They were able to understand pointing and hand gesturing, yes/no but otherwise unable to communicate easily. My husband called the office once during a several hour job, without resolution.
3. One polite non-English speaking crew member nodded and said yes to my directions on a beloved shrub, but clearly did not understand that I requested a revision to the contract, although he told me "okay". I had to leave and came back to find it massacred to my viewpoint, now thinking of just having it cut down. But not by Precise, as I would not use them again, or even refer them with confidence.

We chose Precise for their arborist input, and are still sorely disappointed, could have called the cheapest tree cutters for a similar job.

4. If my husband was not here for part of it, they would have cut even more. Thankfully he was able to stop them. Having an English speaking crew member would have alleviated much of my unhappiness.

Now I just need to make peace with the yard that is mine, which will take time.

If you use Precise, I would request an English speaking crew member or would be very hesitant to use them, unless you want some of your trees/shrubs cut differently than use wish.

5. Somewhat unhappy that I payed a premium price to be this disappointed.

Precise has been treating one on my trees that was hit by lightening. Prices are very reasonable and the tree is doing well. Customer service is top-notch!!

It took about three weeks to be scheduled, but they communicate that upfront after you accept their proposal. It was worth the wait. They completed the job in a timely manner. It was efficient and the work looks fantastic. They cleaned up well. I’m very happy with their work. Will be recommending them to others and they will be our choice in the coming years for tree trimming. Thanks!!

Precise service was excellent! All staff were polite and courteous. My yard looked better and cleaner after they completed the work than before.

I have been using Precise Tree care since I moved to New Lenox. Their prices are good and the work is outstanding. I had 3 shrubs replaced and they look awesome.
