Sealed 2 cracks in my basement. Pricing was fair in my opinion. The technician was very professional showed up early and was very nice. Finished in the exact amount of time he said he would. The young man who gave me my quote was honest and to the point. He also did a great job of explaining every thing to me as did the technician.

Not a lot of rain since so I can't comment on the effectiveness of the work, but with the included lifetime warranty, I'm not concerned. Would 100% use Atlas again.

Would HIGHLY recommend this company! We had them put in an entire basement perimeter drainage system. The were in and out within 4 days and my basement was immaculate every day after they left. We did not have any additional dust as they used an air filtration system while they worked. The workers were beyond polite and we had gotten 3 bids from other companies and Atlas was the lowest and yet offered the most. Life time warranty and has followed up after completion to make sure we were happy and that everything was working.

Atlas was recommended by the building inspector, who discovered possible foundation issues in the home we were purchasing. Atlas was very easy to engage, and offered estimates of potential structural work. They were very responsive once we engaged them for the follow-up inspection, and provided reasonable prices based on the defects. The repairs were complete in one day.

These folks are great to work with! They communicate well by informing you who is going to visit and the time at which they will do so. They quoted me a very fair price, scheduled the work and completed it within two weeks of my first call to them. The crack I had sealed was tested twice within days by two torrential rain storms, and not a drop of water entered my basement. They may not have a fleet of trucks or ads on TV, radio, and billboards, but they get the job done quickly, effectively, and economically.

I contacted Atlas on a recommendation from a good friend and was put in touch with Jim. He was so friendly and responsive. He came to my home within 2 days of calling and ended up finding out we didn’t need the work we thought we did after all. He was completely honest and didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need. It’s not often you find a company that you can really trust and based on my experience I would trust Jim and Atlas 100%! If we end up needing anything in the future, I would absolutely call them.

Atlas came to the house and repaired a leak in a crack of a foundation wall. They arrived on time, very professional and the repair was done and is lasting. Will definitely call again if needed for another problem!

Atlas just completed an install of drain tiles and sump pump in our home. From my first contact with Carol in the office to our meeting with Jim Mitros it was an extremely professional experience. When we met with Jim he detailed exactly what the process would be and what we needed to do to prepare for the project. Everything went according to plan and the crew they sent were timely, polite and extremely hard working! I definitely give Atlas 2 thumbs up!!

I had Atlas repair/replace a failing wall in the basement of the house I just moved into. I had gotten quotes from several companies, and Atlas was willing to work within my budget. The crew was on time and communicative. Very professional and they were consistent with Covid protocols while working. The end product was great.
My only complaint was that the time frame that was initially given to us by the office did not meet up with what the workers were planning on. It was an honest miscommunication on their end, and it was resolved. Overall they did an excellent job!

Quick way to loose a potential customer - they employ a rude woman who does all the scheduling. I dropped off the call immediately as soon as she started blurbing how busy they are.

We used Atlas Restoration for new interior drain tile, sump pump, window well drains and connection to public storm system. The entire process was smooth from estimate through installation. Gary Milligan was very knowledgable, helpful, and available whenever we had questions. The installation crew, led by Ruben, was phenomenal. They took extra care while working in our home and focused on cleaning up each day. Overall, our expectations were exceeded and we would recommend Atlas to friends and family.

Atlas completed work at my home during the last week of October 2023. J. Rivas was the field work execution lead, and he was accompanied by several helpers over the multi day scope. Both Mr. Rivas and his team were excellent craftsmen, they completed the work professionally, took the time to explain key details to me, including sharing many photos. They arrived on time, were respectful of me and my neighbors, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. From my observations, it was clear to me that Atlas is in the business of executing quality work the right way, and the first time.

I would also like to note that this work was the culmination of many months of discussion with G. Milligan on the design side. Mr. Milligan patiently helped me design a scope that was fit for purpose and solved the problem. The fact that this was several months in the making was purely due to the time it took me to make up my mind on this investment, and there was never any sales pressure from Mr. Milligan.

I also did business with M. Rosa on the billing side. Ms. Rosa was very professional and helpful, and worked with me diligently on account settlement once the work was completed.

Overall, Atlas operates a best-in-class operation throughout, and it is obvious to me why their client list is so vast. I will not hesitate to work with Atlas again if/when the need arises.

I found Atlas through the Carol Stream best in the business book. And they proved to be outstanding. I scheduled an appointment quickly and the crack in my foundation was discovered. Additionally, I received another recommendation on how to improve a drain I had installed by another company that will move water away from my house. Atlas came out fixed the foundation on my finished basement, repaired the drywall and re-routed the drain. We have not had any water problems in the basement since. All the employees I dealt with were super nice and explained everything. They also added insultation to the wall to replace the damaged pieces! Great work and thanks so much!

From the moment the estimator came to our house for the first time, I felt comfortable that this was the company to use for our job. I had received 3 other quotes, but I could tell there was a level of professionalism and knowledge the others didn’t have. The price was competitive and the plan of work addressed everything we needed. The work crew was professional, timely and responsive, courteous and respectful of our home, clean, and highly customer focused. I would not hesitate to recommend Atlas to anyone. Amazing work. Fast and professional. Atlas has some quality employees that go above and beyond to make the customer is happy. I had the drain tile system installed and the quality of work was excellent. From prep work to installation and cleaning, the work was done quickly and with attention to detail. The employees took great care to be safe during the times of CoVid and I appreciated that. I would gladly hire them for future services and would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

I made an appointment with Jim because I had some cracks in the walls of my basement. I was expecting to need to do major work to my walls and/or foundation, but Jim was honest and straightforward. He told me that the cracks I was seeing could be fixed addressed without major work. He did not try and sell me on work that did not need to be done. Instead, he gave me his advice for how I should proceed and told me that he did not have anything he could sell me. If ever I do need foundation work, I will be calling Atlas.

Got an initial inspection done in 2020 I called and reached out this past month for a new inspection and was told i didn’t need one. I setup a carpentry inspection which is the second step, it took them over the quoted timeline to get a proposal Fand the proposal didn’t include options like i was told it would and like the initial inspection gave.
I disregarded that; after the inspection and report were given it took a week to get a quote. That day the quote was sent she told me who to reach out to directly which I did via the same email thread. I never got a response until I emailed them directly 8 days after still getting no response, instead of on the initial email thread.

One the quote given was not itemized and when i asked for an itemized write he said we don’t itemize things. ??? Mmmk how and why on earth do you think I’d blindly say ok to a quote for $100k + without you letting me know what specifically that’s going toward??

Tonna has always been professional and the lady I scheduled the carpentry inspection with. If i have to chase down a business who has the nerve to charge that amount without explanation it’s automatically a no for me.

I’ve taken my business elsewhere and would recommend you exercise caution when dealing with anybody outside of the ladies mentioned. To this day I’m still waiting on Jim to get back to me with what can be done and explained.
