I have contracted Atlas for Basement foundation crack, the person did not fix it properly, I called them and ask for help to fix it and they are asking more money for this job. I did not ask for second opinion and that was my mistake. Atlas people are professional, may be knowledgeable but did not apply in my job, I called to customer service, and they are covering up for this mistake. I would not recommend at all to Atlas people, they are not accountable for their work, and they are not willing to help. Good luck if you still choose them for service.
Poor service, poor customer service, poor management.

Atlas’ crew were fantastic-efficient, professional, and thorough. If the need
arises I would definitely call Atlas.

The installation of the sump pump went well. There was a little crack on one of the pipe, which resulted in a little water leak. The two installators were able to replace the pipe with the crack and there were no more water leak. Thank you!

Honest, affordable, straightforward and did great work. We had quotes from several companies to fix water issues in our basement and Gary from Atlas came up with a solution that was creative, less disruptive, and more reasonable. Service was great, office has been great and the crew was fast, efficient, respectful and did the job in a day even though it was ~0 degrees outside.

Great customer service, very quick quote and repair went smoothly. ( Specially nowadays when no one care about anything) Unfortunately I was out of town during repair, but looks like excellent work. Also they give you life time warranty on repair. 5 stars

Atlas was very responsive. They arrived on time and provided their estimate in the agreed upon timeline. They were also very willing to discuss the project in detail.

Rep came out look over the foundation to see why walls inside are cracking made suggestion. Was willing to work with us and not having us spend thousands of dollars. They came out did measurement was on time left leaving thinks in order waiting to hear results

I recently used Atlas for the second time to seal cracks in our condo building that was causing water damage in my unit. All 4 interactions with their employees were thorough, honest and very pleasant. I never felt pressured in making a decision to use their services. I highly recommend Atlas and will continue to use them in future. Top notch work! Shout out to Kaz, Ruben, Dan and Antonio they are all amazing Atlas employees!

Extremely pleased with the support and professionalism provided by Atlas Restoration! I initially worked with Kaz to identify the work that needed to be completed and get the estimate. He was on time and thorough - which I really appreciated! He explained what needed to be done and provided multiple options. I was able to get the work scheduled quickly and everyone at Atlas was very responsive. The work was done quickly and efficiently - and it was even completed sooner than expected.

Kaz’s recommendations for the interior work were spot on. Out of all the companies I had out for estimates, no one came close to his knowledge, expertise, and ability to make me feel secure in the process. If you need exterior drainage, interior waterproofing, or structural carpentry, call Atlas and ask for Kaz!

The production team was equally impressive. Stacy in the office coordinated scheduling quickly. Dan, the project manager, checked in multiple times and came back personally to resolve a small issue after completion.

To date, everything works exactly as Kaz explained. The drainage system eliminated the pond in the backyard & then the standing water near the foundation, the basement is dry, and the sump pumps have been the perfect solution for my home.

Atlas may not be the cheapest option, but they are by far the best investment I’ve made for my home. The entire team is amazing, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

This company came to work on my backyard on June 25th, and they worked for two days, installing Hydraway drainage. However, I've been trying to resolve issues with their work ever since. Initially, their communication was good, and they were responsive until the job was paid. But after that, I encountered problems with the work, and I've struggled to reach anyone to address them. My first contact person never responded to my calls and messages, and the second person also didn’t reply. Finally, I managed to get a hold of one of their project managers, and he agreed to stop by. When he visited, I showed him all the issues, including water still pooling in the same area, despite spending thousands of dollars to fix it. He acknowledged some of the issues, dismissed others, and promised to send someone to address them. He also acknowledged and apologized for the poor communication.

However, it’s now been two months, and despite having all the pictures and videos documenting everything—from the day they first did the work, the inspection, and even the days when it rained—I’m still dealing with these problems. They haven’t responded to my follow-ups. It seems that once they secure your business, their level of care and communication drops off significantly. Keep this in mind if you’re considering working with them.

I would definitely suggest going with another company that does the job better and at least communicates with you. With this company, I did not get any of these, even though I paid more than what other companies were asking for.

I hired Atlas to seal a leaky foundation crack and install a French drain along one side of my house. The estimate that I received was detailed and thorough following a visit to my home to discuss and assess my needs. They didn't rush. They took the time to listen, investigate, and offer advice. The price was very good too. On the day of work, everyone arrived on time and was very professional. Everything was done according to the contract. They left the work areas clean when they left. There has been one bad storm since the work, and everything seems to be working as intended. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Atlas, they scheduled the work very professionally, completed follow ups/confirmations, and were early to the appointments. We sincerely appreciate the businesses who can do the little things well. But the work they did was also great and very reasonable in price! Would hire them again any time!

Atlas is fantastic to work with. From the first contact on the phone, to the project estimator, to the crew that did the work - all were friendly professionals. The on site crew was thorough and careful, leaving zero trace in spite of needing to move a lot of dirt and seal our foundation. Great communication too. Very impressive!

Definitely should be your first call. These guys are great. They also saved me a lot of money vs other options. Because they contract you can get various facets of a project done all with them which makes it very easy. I worked with Kaz and he’s the man!
