I hired Sublime Carpet Care to clean my carpets and they did more than I expected. I was amazed by how clean the carpets eventually looked. The guys who came were extremely professional and honest. I would recommend them to anyone in a search of a reliable and experienced carpet cleaner.

The guy who showed up from Sublime Carpet Care was very helpful and polite. He worked very hard to make sure that I was pleased with his work. He showed that he cared for my concerns and the care of our carpet.My carpet now looks new and feels fresh.I am very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Team worked great together- accomplishing an unbelievable job in period of time. My place was perfect-base boards clean, all dusting, black stove top gorgeous, mopped floors. In laundry room wiped down washer and dryer. I am so happy with service - I am now a regular!

We just had our wood floors redone so the house was dirty and dusty. I'm generally pleased with the overall cleaning. I did add an additional 2 hours. Really 40 total extra minutes since there were three people. The kitchen counter tops, faucet coffee maker on counter were still dust covered and crumbs filled. It took me less than 5 minutes to wipe it down and make it clean. I was disappointed they did not complete something so obvious.

It is easy to schedule someone to come clean your home when you want it done and for the length of time you want. I always get the same person, and it always is nice when he is done. He is very kind and professional also.

I have been using this cleaning service for three years. They are fantastic! So thorough and my house literally sparkles when they leave. I also love their flexibility. When they confirm the appt they always ask if there is any additional services I may need. For example this week they will clean the inside of my fridge. Overall a 5 star recommendation!

I have used JCE services for the past few years to do monthly cleaning in my home. I am picky about cleaning being done to my specifications and JCE has delivered excellent service! The workers are always on time, friendly, and work hard! The thing I like the most is I can schedule them for how many hours of work I'd like to pay for and my entire home is always clean! I have had my house cleaned bi-weekly by JCE Services for a couple of years. With each cleaning service you are asked about priorities, if there is anything that needs extra attention or if there is anything you would like added. I generally have them do a standard service but will occasionally add on things I would consider as extra like a deep oven clean or cleaning baseboards. They are prompt with communicating service times and dates as well. Overall very easy to work with. The price has always matched the level of service too.

I was so excited to begin working with this company and their first service was very impressive! After that it went downhill very quickly. Two more cleanings two weeks apart, both with different people (3 cleanings, 3 different crews) each time I had to schedule it again and hope I could get on the schedule. Each time they came they had no idea what they had to clean despite the form that is completed and given to them. Your crew is changed at the last minute and you don’t know who they are, don’t know how many people will be cleaning so you don’t know how long they’ll be in your house….
If you call the company their contact person is zero help, just tells you they should know etc. The last two crews had MAJOR language barriers so I couldn’t communicate with them, couldn’t explain what they should do. The service is inconsistent, to say the least

I ended up needing to do a lot of cleaning myself after so not sure it was a reasonable price
The owner is fabulous and will call you but works during the day which makes the problem your own
