I highly recommend Safe Fire for chimney/flue related needs. We have a wood burning fireplace (through a flue as opposed to brick), so we called Safe Fire out to replace the liner & chimney cap during the course of a re-roofing project. They also replaced the furnace flue for us. Jorge & Brayan were great to work with, they were very responsive, communicated very effectively, and did everything they said they were going to do. It's hard to find good quality contractors to service residential end users these days. I didn't like the manufacturer's finish on the chimney surrounds, so Safe Fire painted them after installation was complete and the result was fantastic. Great guys, Great Company!

Great experience! Jorge kept me posted on his ETA and was thorough, kind and knowledgeable. It’s apparent that he is passionate about fireplaces and chimneys, and has had years of experience with them. He patiently explained to me how a fireplace works and gave me great tips. I’m quite late on this review, but better late than never. We bought a house at the end of June where the previous owners for almost 20 years never used the fireplace nor maintained it. We knew we had a ton of work to get back in working order. My wife and I completed a lot of research for a vendor and asked around on who to use for the pending work. Let’s just say I’m glad we picked Jorge and his crew. They made it easy to understand all the “why’s”, seamless process, prompt, and attention to detail. After the initial survey, they were onsite within the week to begin and completed in about 3 days. The transformation of the fireplace was quite something. While there are still some minor things to complete, and no fault to them, Jorge continues to stay engaged and really wants to provide top level service and quality work. He won’t stop until it’s done right. Thank you Jorge and your team for being the best at what you do.

Jorge and his crew provided me with cleaning, chimney repair and installed a new gas fireplace. Needed a small peice of sheet metal cut for a small project, despite Ken being in a little family emergency he still called me with pricing and got to it right away! A+ service! I will keep them in mind for all my sheet metal needs in the future!

Tri-City Sheet Metal is a poor excuse for a company. They serviced my air-conditioner over the summer, did not follow up with what they said they would do. No one answers their phone. Instead, you get a recorded response with the option to leave a message. My messages have been ignored. Horrific customer service. Go anywhere else.

We use them yearly for maintenance on our heater. Ken and his crew are wonderful to work with. I trust them 100%. Leave a key for them to do the work. They originally put the HVAC system in years ago (25+) for my step dad. Still running great.

Tri-City have been servicing my furnace and air conditioner regularly for many years, I've always had courteous and professional communication and service. Much appreciation to them for keeping very old machines doing well.

John Case (owner) installed duct work to a new 2nd floor bathroom, added a new humidifier to the furnace, and serviced the unit for the past 3 years. He provided outstanding workmanship in all his work, is very knowledgeable in all HVAC subjects, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him if you need any sort of HVAC work.

Joe came by first thing in the morning right after I called and performed repair very quickly. He was very friendly and informative. He found the problem almost immediately and let me know the price and completed repair all within a hour and a half was very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend him to anyone I know!!

Kim was extremely polite and responsive in the troubleshooting of our furnace. I was completely impressed with the enthusiasm that he showed doing his job which is something you don't see that anymore. He patiently explained the issue and recommended several things that I can do to prevent a more expensive failure in the future. Kudos!

James did a commendable job fixing my unit.He came after hours and stayed until the problem was solved. He was very knowledgeable and gave an outstanding customer service. I will definitely recommend.

Customer service lies about same-day appointments and then cancels at the last minute. very rude customer service when they call back to cancel/reschedule.

I will definitely never call/use this company again. Thank goodness I had left a message with their competitor prior to speaking to them. Patriot in Geneva will be out in an hour!
