Hogan Design & Construction

My experience with Hogan was fantastic from start to finish, on a new construction. Project manager John Vendafreddo was exceptional. John was always available to talk or visit the site, and his attention to detail was matched only by his passion for the project. In addition to being wonderfully professional, the entire Hogan staff are genuinely nice people who care about their contribution to the Geneva community. I won't hesitate to employ Hogan again, and frankly, wouldn't contact anyone else.

We have completed A LOT of projects in our home since moving to Geneva in 2012, but by far, we believe hiring Hogan Design and Construction to renovate our master bath and create a mudroom space was the best decision we could have made! Hogan Design and Construction exceeded ALL our expectations. The project management was transparent and easily available to us as homeowners. Any questions and/or concerns we had were addressed immediately. The workers who came into our home were respectful and very detail oriented about their work. From the early design phase through completion we felt more like friends of the company rather than just clients. We would enthusistically recommend Hogan Design and Construction to friends and family.

We chose Hogan to do a first floor remodel to include a fireplace refacing and built in mudroom lockers. Our house is totally transformed and the workmanship is phenomenal. Part of the Hogan sell during the bidding process was an emphasis on customer satisfaction. There were times when we called our project manager to discuss either problems or critiques to the work product. These calls always concluded with a solution and follow through to make us happy. I would absolutely recommend Hogan for your project.
