Brought us two trucks to have flatbeds put on. Everything went fine on the first truck but can't say the same for the 2nd truck. They haven't paid for the 2nd job. It's been over 4 months with no payment and being ghosted (won't return calls or emails, USPS returned certified mail).

Jose and his team did an amazing job at coming out quickly to take care of backfilling the pit that was left behind after removing our above ground pool. There were literal tons of sand that required removal, before being able to lay soil and seed down, and they took care of that as well! Unfortunately, the week that this project took place, we were hit with about 3 days in a row of substantial rainfall - which lead to a lot of the soil becoming packed down, and about a 2” gap from our existing land to the pit. When we reached out to Jose, he assured us that his team would be back out as soon as the weather was cooperating and they put down more soil and re-seeded. So far, everything is looking great and we couldn’t be happier with the service Vidal Outdoor Concepts has provided!

Would strongly recommend working with Jose and the company. The communication and timeliness is on point, we love the work done on our patio and was able to make it feel more like home. Quick turnaround with the project as well which helps a lot.

I would give this company zero star if there is any option. Very rude. Promised estimate by email. Two weeks gone haven’t heard anything when I called, said the estimate is lost. When I asked for a time frame, he tells I better be patient and if I need to get the work done faster I need to go find some other company. He is just plain rude to a new customer. You never should talk to a customer rudely because they will be your last customer.
