Benny is awesome. Very reliable and professional. He didn't stop working until our AC was up and running and even turned around and came back when we needed him to come back. Great service!

Our furnace stopped working and we called Benny’s. They were very honest, polite and professional.

Would not recommend. Did not know how to set up the connection between AC unit and app and installed the unit outside in the wall before programming anything. Joked about having read the instructions first. Left a mess all over my porch and indoor room. I told him the water was not draining properly in the drain tube and argued with me on video that is how it works even though I've lived here 3 years and watched the water drain the correct way for 3 years. Left my thermostat in the crawl space so my electricity usage has tripled because who puts a thermostat in a crawl space? Then Benny himself looked me in my face and told me he would reach out to his electronically inclined friends and figure out a way to use a universal thermostat to fix his oversight of quickly using a replacementmodel number without checking compatibility. After several days past I reached out for an update regarding the thermostat and was told that he did his job and would not be coming back and that it's my landlords problem now. So my thermostat is in a crawl space. He did not keep his word at all. He did not clean up after himself or replace the furniture he moved to the neighbors patio. As the HVAV expertise he should have known the thermostat would need to be read inside the condo not the crawl space so he should have checked that the correct unit was being installed. When he knew he was wrong he should have fixed it but now because I have voiced my very valid concerns with frustration he is refusing to come back to my "that lady's" condo to finish and fix what he started. I definitely do not recommend this business. If he attempts to argue here I have video footage of him arguing with me about several things. Unprofessional. Also just showed up with no warning, of time or day when it was time to start the work so thank goodness I happened to be home. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

They were really great to do business with. They worked with us on budget. There was no up selling on things we didn't need like most big businesses would. A true honest business I'll stick with for years to come. The customer service was amazing and perfect. The communication was 100% the best, as well as their metal work perfection. Yes you want the great service this is where you need to be.

The initial G&R tech was very informative and knowledgeable. He answered all our questiond ajd explained all the options well. The tech that came out to install our HVAC system was hard working and you could tell he wanted to get our system set up perfectly. We then had another tech come out to double inspect and make any adjustments. They are a thorough and professional. Recommend them highly!!!

I have had the pleasure of having Jake service my HVAC system for years and he is the absolute best! He is punctual, professional, intelligent, honest and he is the most knowledgeable HVAC technician I have ever met. Jake has helped me replace a furnace, he helped me getting mini splits installed, replaced my water heater and has done numerous repairs for me. He explains everything in a way that helps me understand what the issues are and is very detailed at explaining what my options are. Jake takes his time to thoroughly analyze the actual issues and then walks me through the solutions and how to prevent them in the future. He is the only tech that I will continue to use for any HVAC needs and I would HIGHLY recommend him for any work you need done when you call G&R Heating and Air! He also helped me with setting up my smart thermostat to a schedule for when I’m away at work! Jake is amazing and the guy you want to work on all your HVAC needs!

Adam came out to take a look at our AC and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was professional, on time, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue instead of rushing through it. He explained everything clearly, walked us through what was going on, and made sure we understood our options without any pressure.

His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and it was obvious he takes pride in his work. On top of that, he was respectful of our home and easy to work with throughout the entire process. After going over everything, he provided a fair and transparent estimate.

Based on the experience, we feel confident moving forward with the repairs and would highly recommend Adam to anyone needing AC service.
