Adam was awesome! I had a few issues with the installation of my new furnace and AC and was not sure how I was going to rate this company. Adam changed that, he was so knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and reassured me that I made the right choice. Thank you Adam!

The technician arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had the HVAC system back up and running in just a few minutes after replacing the capacitor, it was convenient that he had the necessary parts ready to go in his truck—no delays or extra trips.

Overall, great service and fast response time. Would definitely consider using them again in the future.

A/C, Stopped working ,call at 9pm for service call appointment ,I knew it would be next day and happy to say mike m from G N R hvac showed up ,communication and service was exceptional. Is use them again and will recommend GNR HVAC

Scheduling was not a great experience and I had doubts that anyone would arrive. However, once the tech Adam arrived he was quite knowledgeable and made several adjustments to address the problem. If I could split my rating Adam would get 5 stars. Unfortunately the scheduling side of the operation causes it to average down to 3

Had an issue with my furnace and called around 5:30pm. They rushed a technician out by 7:45pm to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. The after hours charge was only $50 which is a small price to pay for 24 hour service!

Javier fixed our heater and he was so good, really knew his stuff!! He was so respectful and sweet, I can't even imagine going anywhere else for service, Javier was the best, I can't thank him enough.

Have had my ac unit for 23 years and it went out on a Saturday, called G&R they gave me a cost upfront and had a technician (Garrett) he showed up informed me of everything that he was doing. I had several questions and was thinking of replacing my unit as it was 23 years old. Garrett was so informed about what I wanted and walked me through what I could do if I wanted a new unit. He got my ac working showed me all the possible future problems I might have. He was the best technician I have ever used. I purchased the new unit and I believe once Garrett has it in stalled I will be very pleased. Thank you! G&R for having a wonderful technician as Garrett. Old unit in photo.

G & R Heating And Cooling provides excellent service. Today, technician Marco came and did the clean check at our furnace and at the furnace of a rental home we have. Marco was thorough and completed the work in a timely fashion. I am a member of their clean & check program for twice a year service, and find it saves money as I don’t have any Emergency service calls. I recommend this business and suggest you request Marco as your technician.

What a great experience! Easy to schedule, and Marco, the technician, was knowledgeable and friendly. Explained what he would be doing, and answered all of my questions. No upsell. I will only be using this company from now on.

They were excellent and worked very well with my schedule to get the furnace replaced they have competitive pricing and are quite responsive when calling. Great customer service and solid technicians.

Mike was the main tech to come to my house in Lake Zurich, to install a new furnace. He did a great job, cleaned up and left things the way he found them. There was some challenges with being rescheduled by the office, but as far as the service on site, Mike is highly recommended.

AC stopped working on Sunday around 3 pm ,with heat wave temperatures in the area. G&R Heating and Air was the only ones understanding the situation and made appointment for the same day, and it doesn't matter that it was from 8pm-10pm, our AC was up and running by technician Mat Mayenschein,who came after long day working. And we could have a cool home when the outside temperatures was around 100! Extremely professional and knowledgeable! They also provide the 1 year warranty on the performed work.

If there were 10 stars I'd give this company 15!! Javier was called by my landlord for an igniter. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and polite. He even handled my abusive landlord (sorry!) with professionalism and kindness. No one enjoys working on a weekend in the cold, but you can tell Javier takes pride in his work and his repairs show that. I highly recommend this company, and know you're lucky if Javier shows up :) thank you.

We had a furnace that was only blowing cold air and another that wouldn't turn on. We called over the weekend, they were responsive and sent someone first thing Monday morning (per our request). We then got a text with a picture and description of the tech coming out.

Adam came out, was extremely nice, informative and explained to us the issue. He quickly fixed the issue and I appreciated his promptness, service and knowledge. I'll be calling G&R in the future.

We had G and R install a new boiler in our home. Service was as promised and Adam was thorough in the install as well as helping to learn about the system. Came back promptly to bleed some air from the system and taught me how to do it myself if needed. The price was on par other companies and they accommodated our schedule.

Called G&R to light my furnace. Jake came out and had it running in a very short time. He took the time to go over the unit I currently have and gave me quotes to upgrade with excellent pricing. I'm sure my next furnace will be from G&R. I recommend them if you're looking for furnace repairs.

Great job water heater works perfectly. For some reason there was an issue the first few days but u guys came and fixed it right away. This all happened thanksgiving week so thanks for helping during a holiday week where it’s usually impossible to find people to come. You guys are awesome!!!!
