Jay was very accommodating to our needs and work schedule. Came by on super short notice to diagnose this issue and then returned to complete the repair in a timely fashion. Very pleased and will certainly use him again.

Superior Heating and Cooling came today to do the yearly maintenance on my furnace. He was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm so happy to be a new client.

When our air conditioner quit working, I contacted Jay and he was out the next day! He took his time looking over our system and testing everything. Jay was able to diagnose the main problem but he gave me the heads up that that problem could have caused another issue. He didn’t have me buying a bunch of parts “just in case”. He took it one step at a time. We did end up having to replace the motor on our system, but Jay got it ordered quickly and kept me informed about when it would come in and when he’d be out to change it. The service was EXCEPTIONAL! I can’t recommend Superior Heating and Cooling enough! A great family owned business!

Jay installed a new TRANE HVAC system in my residence. The job was done professionally and within quoted time and price. Removal of the old equipment and cleanup after completion was well handled. The equipment tested for compliance with the manufacturers specs and use parameters were set to my preferences.

Jay Garland was excellent. My heat was out and Jay was on site within an hour or so of my call. He quickly diagnosed the issue, which was a faulty ignitor module, not properly installed by a prior repair performed by another company. Jay showed me the broken module and promptly went and found a replacement part. The furnace was working again within few hours of my call. Service was excellent, honest and friendly. I highly recommend Superior for a trustworthly excellent experience.
