I recently had the pleasure of working with G & R Heating and Air for my HVAC needs, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Tim, in particular, was exceptional. He took the time to explain all of the options available, answering every question we had with patience and expertise. His willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we were fully informed made a huge difference.

Thersa, who seemed to have a knack in calling me while I was driving ;) was excellent at working out a schedule that worked for everyone.

Once we made our decision, Adam and his team were prompt and efficient in completing the installation. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident throughout the process. The entire job was done quickly and without any disruptions to our daily routine. Adam also had great advice on which filters were the best for the new system and other simple maintenance advice. I do apologize for forgetting the name of Adam's co-installer.

I'm incredibly happy with the results of our new HVAC system. It's been running flawlessly, and we've noticed a significant improvement in our home's comfort and energy efficiency. We were expecting to notice a difference in a couple of days. We noticed a difference in a couple of hours!

Our furnace went out on New Years called G&R salesman came out gave us the estimate and we had new furnace within 4 days. Great installation, neat and there was no mess. We are very happy with the service.

G&R recently came out to diagnose my broken furnace. They showed me exactly what was wrong, then suggested affordable options to replace it and the humidifier. The installers did a good job and G&R scheduled a followup to tune the system until I was fully satisfied. Jake was amazing - knows his stuff and takes time to explain. All in all, I very highly recommend G&R for your HVAC Needs. I'm super happy.

Only company in my area that would not only service my business but also provide a free estimate. They provided a fast response, arrived on time and diagnosed and solved the problem quickly. They are very friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the service

I messaged Benny over Yelp to see if they could come by one day and he never got back to me or confirmed. Then I got a text the next day saying they'd be by at 230pm- they had never confirmed so we had made other plans. They then went dark and stopped responding to me. When I finally called them to try and schedule again the guy said they had already tried to come here 2-3 times which was very clearly a lie. I would not recommend trying to hire these guys, the are extremely unprofessional and weirdly dishonest.

I'm a Realtor and I was looking for a professional in the area of a home I had listed. I had reached out to 4 companies and Benny's was the most reasonable and responsive. They were even able to review the home information I sent in advance and meet me the next morning to service both the furnace and hot water heater.
When they arrived they got straight to work and were super professional and thorough. They even replaced the batteries in the thermostat for no charge when they saw it was low.
For as much as I could want/need from an HVAC company, they were it! Knowledgeable, honest, and cost-effective.
I will 1000% contact them in the future - AND YOU SHOULD TOO!
