This company uses deceptive marketing practices, by sending out customized "invoices" (with person's name and address) making it appear a service has been completed - unless you reach closely that it is a pay now and then they will service your air/ heat system at a higher cost than Mendel. Not helpful for our elderly community.

I have used Airworks over the last 15 years for complete new installs, hot water heaters, and most recently to diagnose and fix my air conditioner. They have always been quick to respond to any issues that I have had, were professional, and courteous. I appreciate the fact that they are a small business so I was able to communicate directly with the owner of the company. Thanks for the great customer service over the years!

Beware…do not use this organization for anything. Chris, the owner, came to work on my radiant heat / hot water system over a two year period and took thousands of dollars without fixing the problem or calling for months in between visits. I have never left a bad review regarding any company prior but feel this one is warranted. What company would take thousands of dollars, not do what they said they would, and then ghost a customer! Please pass this along as I do not want others to experience this type of unprofessionalism while knowingly taking your money.

Airworks recently replaced our air conditioning unit. Chris came out assessed and gave us some options. Within a week we had a new ac unit installed. Chris and his team where extremely friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend!

Both Chris and his son are great guys, easy to reach even in emergency situations. We have annual contract with them, and it’s a piece of mind. They come and do the maintenance needed before the winter and summer. Awesome family owned business, recommended very much!

We honestly can’t say enough about AirWorks Co. These guys have responded quickly and efficiently every time. Kyle is the most professional, honest, hardworking tech we have ever worked with. After inspecting our A/C unit which stopped working in 95+F the word was we needed a new one. Within 48h we had our cool house back again. Kyle was very informative and answer all of our questions. Will definitely have him come back for some annual checks. We will absolutely recommend this company to anyone!!!
