Reviews of local pros in Glen Ellyn, Illinois

Today was my first cleaning with Helping Hands. Because I have a large home, I chose to pay by the hour ($70/hour for the initial cleaning) and chose the rooms that I wanted done for a four hour period. It would be too costly to have my entire house cleaned every other week.

Bianca was my technician for today. She does initial cleanings for new clients. She did an incredible job, beyond my expectations! I asked her to clean the kitchen, living and dining rooms, the master bedroom and bath, an upstairs TV/office space and a breakfast/office space.

My home is very organized and she was able to all those spaces, plus two more, in just 4 hours!!! She worked nonstop!

I have hired other individuals and services in the past, but they didn't last. One individual said that I was just too picky.

I gave up on having a cleaning service years ago, but decided to try again, as I'm older now and it's just become too much work for me.

I interviewed a few services, but I was most impressed with Helping Hands.

Elizabeth sat with me for about an hour explaining every detail from hiring and training practices, to how they will clean my home and products they use, to how they support and acknowledge their technicians for excellent work.

Also, they work with a charity that provides free cleaning to cancer patients! That impressed me!

What I paid was truly worth every penny!

I am so happy that I hired Helping Hands!

We’re really happy with how clean everything looks! She did an awesome job
super thorough, paid attention to all the little details, and left the place smelling clean. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Would definitely have this company back again.

Maria A and Jessica A were incredibly thorough and efficient. In less than 4 hours the two of them did a deep clean of our entire home, getting under beds, under our stove hood, in closets we rarely clean, throughly cleaned all rugs. We were extremely happy.

Jessica and Maria were quick and thorough. They deep cleaned our home top to bottom in a short time, leaving it shining. Best of all they listened during the walk through and asked great questions, allowing them to clean without me bugging them. They got the detail work done and finished on time with quality cleaning.

Fabulous team! They did an excellent job. Kept me in the loop with questions and paid attention to details in each room. All the gals were friendly, pleasant and hardworking. I would like to have the same team next time. My home sparkled! Cheri

I took a chance with Helping Hands for a gift for my Mom for Christmas and I was not disappointed. My Mom who cleaned the house her entire life due to her age could not clean like she used to which bothered her. My Mom raved how kind Bianca was and how she did an amazing job cleaning her house. It brought me joy knowing how happy my wonderful Mom was with Bianca cleaning and the peace and joy it brought her being in a clean home again. From what my Mom told me I can tell how wonderful, caring and hard working Bianca is and that she has a heart that pleases our amazing ABBA Father God. Bianca, from the bottom of my heart Thank You and may God continue to look after you and bless you.

Edith from Helping Hands continues to do a fabulous job cleaning and vacuuming the house every month. I love how everything sparkles every time she works her magic. As always, she was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for getting everything beautiful in our house. Have a blessed week.
