I needed someone to clean my basement. Since I live in Lombard I searched for someone local. Your Clean Team was able to meet my schedule and did a great job!

I called Your Clean Team on Friday and they got me someone to clean on Monday as needed because I was having out-of-town guests come.nNo extra charge for last minute.The cleaning was superb and I am now going to have them every other week

This was our first time working with Your Clean Team. Although the cleaner, Jackie, showed up on time, I was not impressed with the quality. There were dishes still left in the sink, unwashed, when I came home. There was also no effort put into organizing and doing beyond the basics. For instance, I had a few clothing items on a dining room chair and the cleaner did not help fold or move to bedroom. She also did not even clean underneath and dust the chairs. The only cleaning done in the bedroom was vacuuming and cleaning mirrors (Bed was already made that morning prior to the cleaning). My office area was not thoroughly cleaned either- still dust, the area below the desk was not vacuumed, and a few items that had fallen from the desk were not picked up and left on the floor. The job just seemed done in a rush with minimal effort. I am unfortunately very disappointed with my experience. I think I could have accomplished the same in less time and for less money

Wonderful experience with the team! My apartment became unmanageable after personal issues. Not only did they treat my family with respect, they went above and beyond to leave us with the car customized to our needs! And the pricing for services provided were fair.

I contacted them on Monday 11/21 for a quote, I needed some light cleaning done last minute and around Thanksgiving. They responded quickly with my quote and squeezed me in the day before Thanksgiving! I was impressed and appreciative! Our cleaner was Mariana and she was punctual, ver polite , professional and did exactly what I asked to be done. Afterwards the office checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and my invoice was exactly as quoted. I would recommend!

We have found a gem in Clean Team! We are doing weekly cleanings. Our Clean Team member does a beautiful job and is so nice. The price is reasonable as well!

very sweet Cristine did a great job. House is clean smells great. I’m definitely gonna have it back next month so don’t need to worry about your stuff being all over the house. They don’t judge good idea to get somebody to do it for you.
