Mr. Rooter (Josh) is amazing! I was having plumbing issues this weekend and was concerned about water overflowing because I have a lot of laundry to still do. I had water coming up in my shower and tub and issues with my toilets. I could not wait until Monday.

I called them and they were at my house within an hour and a half. Josh took him time looking at the inside plumbing and started rodding outside, he found the clog! Tree root of course. He was very efficient and made sure the clog was resolved before leaving and cleaned up before leaving.

My 2yr old daughter also made a friend today. Thank you so much Josh and Mr. Rooter!

They came fast. I came home fr work to find water heater exploded. They came about an hour later. The next day water heater was installed. They did a through and professional job. They even cleaned up the mess. They were very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend them very much

The service provided was very professional. JJ did a excellent job clearing our clog and did a great job cleaning up after himself. Maria in the office did a follow up call to verify that we were happy with the services and outcome. Services were little more than I expected but overall it was a nice job.

I called Mr. Rooter late on a Saturday night with a serious sewage back up and Brandon was here in 45 minutes. He did some detective work to figure out where the blockage was and then he worked hard to fix the problem which was tree roots in the pipes. Courteous, neat and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Firstly their expertise is nowhere close to the rate they charge and secondly they will try to sell services that you don’t need. I will not recommend their service at all!

For us the toilet and bathtub had water backed up so called them for rodding service. Plumber Jason came and estimated $695 for removing the toilet and rodding to clear the clog.

He first tried to insert the snake through bathtub but failed. Then tried to insert via sink and failed again. He tried a few more times and then could not do it and was walking away and expecting me to pay $695! I refused to pay and spoke to his manager. Manager seemed reasonable guy and asked the plumber to at least do what was stated under the original estimate before expecting a payment!

So plumber Jason removed the toilet and tried but once again could not get the cable past the first bend in the pipe. He was ready to walk away again blaming the drain pipes were faulty. Now to fix this problem by replacing drain pipes, they gave me an additional $700 estimate! I refused to change pipes! He tried a little longer and then said the issue is with main drain so he can’t help and wanted to walk away again with the $695. Obviously at this point, it was clear that he was not interested in resolving my problem..

Lucky for me, I keep an auger (rodding machine) for emergencies so I decided to do this myself. I asked plumber Jason  to remove his auger machine and I brought my auger machine, tried for 5-10 minutes and unclogged the drain. The plumber was really dumbfounded. It just happened that I knew to do it myself, otherwise they would have charged me an arm and a leg for something that was not even needed. He was not using the auger machine properly and had too much loose cable between the machine and the drain so firstly could not force the cable down the drain and secondly left a lot of mess due to that loose cable banging all over the floor, walls and door. I had to spent 2 hours to clean that mess.

Shamelessly, he said the way it works is that he still has to collect the full estimate but they will refund it. So he finally walked away with $695. After 2 weeks of running after them, they refunded only 15%.

I was able to get immediate, same day, excellent service.

I can not say enough good things about this company. My daughter had flushed my wedding ring down the toilet, and we were desperate to get it back. Most of the companies we called wouldn't even come out to try and help us. Finally, we called Mr. Rooter Plumbing, and they offered to send a tech right away. They sent out Moe, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and full of ideas to try and get the ring out of the plumbing. After a few tries, he was successful in bringing back my ring. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing help

I had an emergency with a small gas leak coming from my dryer. Jason came out and was very professional and resolved the issue quickly. I would recommend Rooter Plumbing because they are very polite to the customer from your first call to the end of the service call, Thanks Jason!!

I had a very urgent issue with my household. when I went to go move my washing machine, and the pipe burst Todd took care of my problem and kept me reassured me through the whole process, I would trust him in the future with any of my household needs I highly recommend him he is very professional and kind

From the first call and the initial visit, we knew they were going to be professional and knowledgeable. The level of communication and hands-on approach is high and much appreciated.
The techs that come by to do an assessment treated the problem as if it was their own and provided educational information as well as the different suggestions they had.
The techs performing the repair were extremely knowledgeable and executed such an excellent job, that I immediately felt it was money well spent. They took care of us and our home so we’ll that I would have no problem recommending and referring to others.

I've had a great experience working with Anthony B (technician) and Amanda G (office) of Mr. Rooter. They've both been exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable, patient and helpful with all of my questions. I had a few different plumbing companies out to give me a quote on installing a water line for my refrigerator and have decided to go with Mr. Rooter as they seemed the most knowledgeable about the pros/cons of various approaches.

My plumber guy Todd was great nice attitude did above and beyond to help and explain the problems also he was patient and understanding and made sure he let me know he is available fir further work that needs done thanks Todd!!

I called at 3pm, Todd & Nick came at 4pm, and by 5pm my problem was solved! Excellent job and pricing is industry standard. I will consider them for any other plumbing work I need in the future.

Mr. Rooter was very prompt, showing up two hours after calling to fix a backed up drain in the basement, which ended up being an ejector pump issue and they were able to fix it on the spot. They gave me great details of the benefits of each option I had for new parts and gave their recommendations. Overall the workers were very friendly and polite, making the process go smoothly. I would highly recommend using them for any and all plumbing needs!

Paid over $1100 to have them remove roots from our sewage pipes. A few months later we had another plumber over for a different problem and he showed us that they had definitely not cleaned out anything there. Called mr Rooter to give them a chance to rectify the issue, and have waited over 2 weeks for them to call. No call. Ended up having to pay someone else to have it done properly. I gave mr Rooter a chance, but eventually had no choice but to post this review. Stay away from this company is my advice

Furnace was leaking. Their tech was pleasant And efficient. He did an excellent job... And though the job turned out to be bigger than expected He did over and above what was needed. I will definitely use them again if needed.
