    Unfortunately this company was one of the worst we have ever worked with for any reason on any part of our house. In total, out washer/dryer required 5 scheduled visits to diagnose and fix and then fix again because it wasn't fixed the first time. Each and everyone one, not only were they late, but I had to call to even ask when they'd be coming. One of them, he didn't show at all because he was booked over an hour away prior to us and finished his previous job after 7pm. One visit the guy was at our house until after 9pm because he didn't show up until well after 7pm. On one of the calls, the reception person, upon telling me the repair man would not be making his scheduled window (after the window was already passed - no communication beforehand), was extremely unprofessional. He sighed audibly each time I asked a follow up question and he was extremely rude when I asked him to contact the repairman for an estimate on his arrival time (again, this is after 7pm). When I spoke to a manager and expressed my frustration about my experience the manager was also unprofessional, deflected constantly, offered no customer service, and tried to tell me it was actually my fault they were unable to fix it the first time. By the way, when he came back it wasn't "our fault" at all - he just missed the reason it was broken the first time, or second time, or third time. In truth, the only good thing about the company was the friendliness of the repairman. He was very nice. I hope he finds a different company to work for because the one he works for now is absolute trash.

    I originally had a five star review because he fixed both within a few hours and had the parts in his truck. The tech came at the beginning of the three hour service window which was nice. We had two problems - a leak with our dishwasher and a leak with our fridge. But after his first visit, the dishwasher continues to leak. I think I paid for a part that I didn’t actually need. They have a 30 day warranty on the labor, so luckily I was able to have him come back to try again to fix the dishwasher free of charge. Buttttt even after the second visit it’s still leaking. I paid $800 for the following description on the invoice: “ Frigidaire dishwasher water valve assembly replacement. Draine line fix. Frigidaire Refrigerator defrost sensor replacement, Drain line and evaporator deep cleaning.”
