Called Anytime Garage Door when my garage door started acting up. They were able to get someone out fairly quickly, and the technician was friendly and explained what was going on. The repair didn't take too long, and everything has been working fine since. I thought the price was a little on the high side, but overall I had a good experience and would use them again if needed.

I called to get a price to put up new garage door openers on new construction and I already had the openers purchased. They said they would have to come out to look at it and give an estimate which was weird and unnecessary given others did not require that. Upon coming to look at it, the tech said the garage door springs were no good and would need replaced and proceeded to call a coworker and put him on speaker phone to continue the attempted up sale. They wanted to replace torsion springs on a brand new garage door install. Classic bait and switch attempt and I did not use them. A subsequent inspection by another garage door company said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the garage doors. I will never use this place for my garage doors.

I was told I was out of their area!! Closest to me but out of their area!! What a joke!

Anytime responses to my request for quote promptly and were able to schedule a time quickly. The tech, Cameron, called about 30 minutes ahead of appt and showed promptly. He was able quickly assess the problem and had the tools available to fix it. He also pointed out some concerning wear on some of the system and presented some options to address.

Can't speak to their level of service, mainly because the technician no showed, and the company stopped responding to me. Try flower garage door, came the next day and fixed everything.

was quoted almost $800 to replace two springs. I told him not today I wanted to get another quote and to inform my husband. he didn't like that and kept saying if he does it today he can lower it a few bucks. Reds was called and their price was way lower!!!! Do your research before hiring thee guys

Anytime Garage Door has a couple offices in the Bi-State area and I used their location in, Godfrey Illinois. Their office is just about 1 1/2 miles from my home and neighbors highly recommended them.

My garage opener had been making some noises and finally the chain snapped. I called Anytime and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. My appointment was later in the day and life happens. The appointment before me was taking longer and they called to let me know and reschedule me. My life is flexible, so I took the first appointment for that Friday.

That morning, I got a courtesy call letting me know that they were on the way and that Jacob would be my tech. When he arrived, he introduced himself and shook my hand (that is something you don't see everyday). We went into the garage, he saw how old my opener was (20 years) and explained my options. He went into great detail on the differences between the different openers. I asked a few questions and he answered in layman's terms that someone like me could comprehend.

I made my choice and he said it would take about an hour to install. I'm one of those peps, I looked at my watch. When he was finished, it was an hour, almost to the minute. He cleaned up after himself and you couldn't even tell that work had been done in my garage.

I love my new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is quiet and runs smoothly, like a soft close drawer.

Dan's Garage Door Service is now, Anytime Garage Door. Dan retired and sold his business to Anytime. Anytime offers its services in over a dozen different cities in seven states. It may not be the mom and pop business that Dan was, but you still get the personalized customer service.

After Inspection of garage door, we were given a quote for a new door and installation. The current door was repaired and installed with a new lock by a different company for less than an eighth of quote from Anytime. Did appreciate the estimate, which I informed him was way out of line regarding cost.

After a thorough inspection, the technician and I agreed that our particular issue was not to be solved by Anytime. (It was a very old door mechanism). There was no charge for his expertise and time, and after a brief tour of my Lego Room, he was on his way!

Needed garage door springs replaced, and they were able to coordinate a time and come out within a few days. Kept me updated the day of when they expected the technician to arrive. Cost about $1200 for two new springs, new rollers, a couple hinges, in addition to troubleshooting a faulty wall button. Job took about 2-3 hours. Had some trouble with the wall button the next day again, and technician came out and rewired the wall button at no cost, which I appreciated.

Our technician, Jacob, was very knowledgeable of the system and explained the issues and repair we had with our opener. He had the parts on the truck and completed the job in a timely manner.

12/4/2024 New trim was not installed at time of install. Now they want to charge me $110.00 to come out & put trim on. So much for $6800.00 worth of doors.

Jacob B. worked diligently to service my garage door. It was a very hot day and should have been a routine maintenance job. However, it turned into more than we planned.
Although frustrated, he remained professional and continued to check in with upper management.
Due to the problem not being fully solved, Jacob also communicated with me on other valuable options.

Homeowners worst nightmare - the garage door won't open. I tried a few things to fix it, but couldn't. Called several places but got the quckest response from Anytime. Better still, they give free estimates and don't add a service charge to their repairs.

They sent Dan out to take a look. He was VERY polite and professional, explained what the problem was (in terms I could understand) and told me what it would take to fix it. Turned out the side cables were loose, and the spring needed to be retensioned. He took care of everything, and the door is back to being 100% functional.

As a picky homeowner, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Dan Martin is an expert at garage repair! Very pleasant and clearly explained all the issues so my 90 year old mother could understand. He will be the name I recommend. Thanks for the support!

On December 23rd my garage door came off the track and we couldn't close it. On Christmas Eve I tried unsuccessfully to get someone to come out. One company even set up an appointment for that afternoon then canceled because of the extreme cold. I was fortunate to find Anytime Garage Door. They came out as soon as they could and were able to get the door fixed. I decided to have them come back next week to install a new door. The technician Dan was very nice to deal with and I really appreciated his willingness to work on a holiday.

Twice I've had to have my garage doors serviced (for different issues), and twice they provided fast, friendly, and professional service and had my garage doors working that same day. This morning, my daughter had an accident in the garage with her car, denting both garage door frames. I thought for sure it would be days to fix and have to pay thousands of dollars. They sent someone out as soon as they could, and the gentlemen was fast and professional. Had both doors working by the afternoon with an affordable charge for all the work. I highly recommend this company!

I hired dans to install fence the first day Dan came over at end of day and asked me for hammer he started beating posts in ground he said before cement dried he then asked me how I paid deposit which was a check and asked me to pay remaining balance in cash.Knowing his guys were making mistakes from the beginning he leaves next day on vacation they keep making mistakes then head installer walks of job and text me telling me he quit dans affective immediately and i would have to contact dans garage Door with any issues so I contacted dans and noone could help me said I would have to wait three weeks for Dan to return from vacation.so upon his return I reached out several times trying to get him to come out one time his daughter Tina getting very rude and after over a month he finally came by and said they were giving me none of my $1750 deposit back and would rather I get someone else to do repairs I contacted several legitimate fence installers who came and looked and all of them said they did not want to touch it and it was obvious they did not know what they were doing.

We just had two beautiful garage doors installed, one double and one single; and we are just thrilled with both the product and the installation! Dan's crew showed up as scheduled, they were friendly and competent, both on the job AND in the office when we were shopping and then when we signed the contract. Office staff very knowledgable and willing to spend the time to make sure we understand our options. Job site crew did a great job and left the site neat as a pin. We chose Dan's for this project, because they had put new door openers in for us in the past; and they did a nice job with that, too. Reasonable prices, great service. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with Dan's. Replaced the spring and fixed the cables and lubricated the door in under 45 minutes. The speed is not all that was so impressive. It was the curtious, respectful, nice guy that did the work. The price was also very reasonable. I will use and recommend to anyone in the future.
