Don't waste your money. Storm damage is not covered, even when they tell you they didn't screw plates in all the way first time. Still have to clean twice a year. Not worth it

I love this product! My house is surrounded by maple trees and between the leaves and the whirly birds I was constantly on my roof cleaning my gutters. I do not have to do this any longer. I had what I believed to be a small clog on the corner of the house and they came out and fixed it lickity split. I had a tree company do some dead limbing on one of my maples and the branch fell on the gutter helmet and dented it. MattThey were out again and replaced the damaged helmet lickity split. Did I say I love this product?

Great overall experience. Salesmen was very professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Gutters look great and the gutter helmet has done exactly as advertised.

Plenty of reputable companies will provide gutter protection and service. This is not one of them. Service is expensive, no matter what they tell you do not listen, buy a different product.

*** Update June/2025 been calling for weeks to have someone come out for the lifetime free service. Goes to an automated system. Leave number and info, nothing ever happens.

The salesman that came was polite, professional, and the least aggressive or pushy representative I have ever dealt with for any project. He worked with me to offer the best deal he could and it ended up cheaper than the "best" prices from their direct competitor. Install team came earlier than we thought we would have to wait, showed up on time, and finished the entire project quickly. It hasn't rained yet since they arrived, but I am extremely satisfied at this point. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with Lednor related to getting an estimae on a Sunesta Retractable awning and Solar Screen. I don't know if the problem is Lednor or Sunesta or a combination of both. So I am leaving the review here. I talked with someone on Monday and they said we had to schedule a time to get estimate on the Awning and Screen so we made a time, 12:30 Thursday. When I called back to confirm they did not have it on the schedule. I asked for another one appointment and they said I could have 3:00, which wasn't what I wanted but it was OK.
Then I got a text saying they had time available and when would I want I said "could they do 1:00" they came back with "3PM tomorrow". Then this morning they sent me yet another text again asking if I would like to set up a time, I told them they needed to be here by 3:00 or I would not use them. Then I get a call and they said I was supposed to respond back to the "3PM tomorrow" with a confirmation. which is what I thought they were doing saying 3PM tomorrow. Customer service from Sunesta is horrible, actually non existent, and something must have gone wrong with the communications with Lednor. I wasted a 1/2 a day and 100 miles to meet with them

My new retractable Sunesta Awning was recently installed and I can't wait to begin using it in the Spring! The team in St. Louis (Jed H., Sheila H., Doug S., and Devin S.) did an excellent job in sales and installation. I would highly recommend!

Got new gutters installed on my house. Salesmen (Jacob) was great and very informative on helping me decide exactly what I needed. The installers were also great and did a great job. It was about a 1 week turn around from initial visit to installation which was a lot quicker then expected.

Excellent from start to finish! We purchased gutter covers. The sales process was low pressure and COVID friendly. The salesman, Neal, was outstanding in his presentation, manner and follow-up. The installation process was extremely well communicated. We received several calls letting us know when to expect the installation. The installer was friendly, informative and did a great job! We have had several rains since the install and the product is working great!

My gutters were beyond full with debris and I knew if I had them cleaned out, it would be an annual cleaning because of the location of my trees. So I researched options and chose Gutter Helmit, so far so good! Had a downpour rain the very next day, no issues. They were quick to install too.

Gutter Helmet is a class above the rest. Installers are professional, timely and leave property clean. Gutter is properly covered and well protected from falling and flying leaves and debris. No screen to remove or filters to change. I will definitely recommend Gutter Helmet in a heart beat to anyone planning to protect his or her gutter. Comparatively, it is the most cost effective gutter protection plan out there.

Initially, the purchase and installation of the product was fantastic. It works great! But don't ever have an emergency roof repair needed!!!!!!
We had a leak in our roof. It needed to be repaired quickly in order for us to not have a ceiling completely destroyed and additional issues. Gutter Helmet took WEEKS to come out to just inspect the system. From there, I had to sign a contract for an (in my opinion) extravagant amount for them to take it down and put it back up. Except I couldn't wait for another two or more weeks for them to take it down. They refused to expedite the issue. So, I was told that the roofer can take it down as long as they put it back up. It only took off a few hundred dollars off the total but at least we could get a new roof on!! Then, it took at least a week for us to get a new contract to sign and then another week for them to call to schedule and another week or more for them to come out to put it up.
On top of the time and money we wasted, they had no way of expediting for emergencies, they tried to intimidate us with saying the roofers will most likely damage our equipment, and any one I talked to when calling in was uncaring, unsympathetic, and absolutely no help and couldn't answer questions.
I absolutely regret using this company. The product is great but not worth the hassle when we are already stressed and frustrated by the emergent situation!

We were extremely satisfied with the entire Gutter Helmet experience. Salesman who came to our home was knowledgeable about the product & was able to answer all our questions. Installers worked very hard to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. They were so nice we even fixed them lunch. Now need a hard rain so we can see how good they work. Would highly recommend.
