We were skeptical at first, but after talking to Darrell, the sales associate, we were convinced that this is what we needed. He was very informative and personable. The installer was great. I would recommend this product and tell you to call and ask for Darrell.

Gutter Helmet was quality from start to finish. Easy to get an estimate--didn't have to wait forever---. Once we understood how different Gutter Helmet works from everyone else we were sold. Installation was done within a month with NO issues. One of the features that helped us make the decision was the transferable lifetime warranty.

This is the second time we have had Gutter Helmet installed, after a freak hail storm last April. The insurance company wanted me to get a run of the mill gutter replacement because there was only "cosmetic damage" but Gutter helmet had my back!!! They dealt with the insurance company and told them that even though there were just dings, the gutter helmet was still compromised and needed the name brand replacement. It took a little while for the negotiations, but the insurance company relented, and I got Gutter Helmet replaced on my roof, paid for by my insurance company. Thanks for supporting me. I wouldn't want anything else on my roof.

I chose Gutter Helmet because they are highly rated, provide a lifetime warranty, and install the only product that solved my problem of a lack of roof overhang that allowed water to roll between my fascia and gutters.

The installer was running a bit late, but called to let me know in advance. Once on site he was very friendly and professional. He was able to complete the installation in a few hours and did a great job.

I've had Gutter Helmet for many years and it works as advertised keeping my gutters clean and flowing. I recently had new gutters installed from Gutter Helmet and am completely satisfied. The estimator who viewed the project made some suggestions to improve the original layout. The new gutters work better this way, and the installers were quick and professional.

Very smooth transaction! Gutter Helmet’s lifetime warranty came through at no expense to us as we had our roof replaced due to a storm. They were quick to respond, helped with our insurance and kept us informed along the way with removal and reinstallation of new gutter guards. Awesome experience!

Excellent communication. Job completed as contracted. Technician was responsive and skilled in the job. Overall excellent experience.

Terrible practice. Had gutter helmet installed with the promise all future repair work/cleaning would be free, "Never get on your ladder again". Our contract says as much. Called to have some cleaning done, they won't schedule the appointment without paying $50. They claim they have made changes to their agreement since we made ours. Then the cleaning/repair team wanted $199/hour. What a huge mistake this was, its my own fault, the shame of which I will bear for eternity.

Jokes aside, find another company this one is not good.

We used the company Gutter Helmet in St. Louis for our Sunesta awning. I highly recommend the company for their thorough assessment of what we needed and the best way to get it done. Doug and Devin were great installers - making sure the awning was hung securely to Hardy siding (which can be tricky). They knew just what to do and got the job done right! We are very happy with the product and the installation! Thank you!

I recently had my Gutter Helmets damaged in a storm. I had to call to have someone come and give me an estimate to replace the damaged parts. It was quick and easy. I scheduled the repair. The repair man arrived and repaired the damaged area. He let me know when he was finished. I received an invoice in an email. Paid online. Love my Gutter Helmets!

'Free quote' is a 45 minute sales pitch, be prepared. You won't get a quote unless you let them in your home. And if you don't sign they'll keep calling asking if you want another appointment.

I found the workmanship to be top notch with strict attention to detail. The installers were courteous and knowledgeable. We had gutter helmet installed a few years ago and were very pleased with the product. When hail damaged our roof and gutter helmet, we had no doubt that we wanted gutter helmet again. It was a seamless process. When I requested some paper work a month later, Sheila Hoskinson emailed that to me within 24 hours. I don't know the name of the installer, but, when I had some questions about the roof installation at the gutterline, he came out to check and reassure me before the installation date. Bruce, our salesman both times, made the second time go quickly with the insurance company. Great company and great product.

Getting Gutter Helmet installed on our house was an incredibly easy process. Bruce answered all questions we had, was easy to ahold of, and was very quick about getting our repairs done after the St. Louis tornados.
