Amazing service, we became a homeowner two years ago and needed to hire a landscape company. R&L landscaping helped clean up very old landscaping in the backyard, and their spring cleanup service is excellent. The transformation is beautiful. Could not recommend a better crew for big renovations or everyday care.

They came in . I spoke to them about the issue. And they took care of it quickly

Refused to give a price over the phone for a straight forward video inspection of a sewer line with an existing clean out access. Reason? We can only guess

Did not show up for scheduled appointment. Waited for two hours and received no call. Called them and was told that they no longer could make it. Said they would call back that evening or morning. Received no call, called them back three times. Everytime being promising that they would have someone calling back. I never received a call back. How do business like this still even exsist. Do your self a favor, call someone else.

This place is a front for a scammy company that tries to sell you an expensive subscription service. The phone number goes to an overseas call center that gives you the hard sell on the subscription, and if you say no, they try to charge you $150 for a "service call" where nobody likely shows up. Look into the rest of the reviews here, they are fake. All of these glowing reviews come from people who are out of state and have exactly 1 review. It's a classic fake review scam. Don't waste your time and money here.

I called to see about having a toilet re-seated and wax seal replaced, a totally common job. I was told they'd have to send a technician out to quote the job and that the QUOTE would cost me $99. Clearly they're not interested in doing regular work for homeowners if it's not a thousand-dollar job.

Had a water problem that shut the whole house down. John came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He went as far as even giving my son, a junior plumber, some great career advice. Showed he cared and was truly customer service oriented.

$99 just to come out. Told me they had to tear down the tile and wall to fix it for $1,500. Got a 2nd opinion and got it fixed for 1/3 the price without tearing down my tile. Seems like they are out just to get the $99 service fee then quote you as high as possible. The invoice they sent me has no link to pay it either which is strange.

Paul showed up within an hour of calling and was upfront about about what needed to be done. He was proffessional, accurateand was diligent. The price was great, will hire Brewer Plumbing And Rodding again. 5 stars all the way.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They told us if we signed up for this yearly commercial service it would include the assessment fee and they would provide us detail with what was causing the pipe issue. They came out - assessed the issue - and now want an additional $250. Their response on the phone - “oh we mia communicated but you still have to pay the fee” - they LIE - don’t call you back - and up charge you without warning - BEWARE!

We have had Chris do work for us on two separate occasions and both times the work was completed quickly and efficiently. He explained the entire process to us clearly and concisely and answered all our questions in an easily understood manner. He was pleasant and professional in every way.
