Called in morning to get blocked drain line rodded out. Tech indicated availability between 1-4. 4 rolls around with no call no show. I call office and they state tech is on commercial job and cannot make it. I ask why I was not contacted and they say it is techs responsibility. I ask if they can come out following day, they state no availability for tomorrow. I cannot rate their service other than I didn't receive any. I told office that tech was incompetent and she says she disagrees. But competency includes canceling a call or rescheduling before scheduled appointment and not just not showing up. Poor customer service. I will not contact them in the future.

Brewer Plumbing And Rodding crew came out to my home and ran a new water line from my well. Doe and Scott were very professional and very brisk, with their work. I underestimated how hard it was to do the work. Both of them stuck it out and did the work. Thank you, highly recommended!

I was very pleased with the confidence, knowledge and expertise shown when I had these guys show up to fix my plumbing issue. They were able to quickly diagnose my problem and had it fixed very quickly.Their charges were very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used this service in the past, the plumber they sent out was awesome the first time. I even paid extra for their program that waves service fees. This time however, when I was unable to answer a phone call, the plumber took it upon himself to reschedule. It would have helped to know the plumber arriving hinged on me answering the phone in that moment. When I did call back he said he could come later in the day, but I said that wouldn’t work as I had to go to work. He said he would call me back in the case that his schedule changes. He did call me back and said he could be here in 2 hours, and again, i couldn’t do that. He said he could actually be here in 1 hour, so I agreed. 2.5 hours later, no show.

If you have an urgent problem do not use this company’s services. Especially don’t pay extra for the “perks.”

Gave me some advice on some plumbing stuff and they were very professional. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Good work at a fair price, and they were here when they said they would be here. I’ll call them again whenever I have a plumbing need.
