Joe was very friendly and professional. The nature of my drain setup for the kitchen sink presented a few obstacles but Joe maintained a positive attitude and made sure that everything was installed and working properly. Overall happy with the work and service and will be contacting him again for any plumbing related work.

Joe has helped me with a plumbing issue in the past and did an excellent job. This time I had a problem that Joe was able to talk me through and solve over the phone, which was greatly appreciated. Joe always has excellent customer service and responds in a timely and professional manner, plus he is incredibly personable and hilarious. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an awesome plumber.

03/01/25 Joe comes through again, this time for my mother. He was able to replace her kitchen faucet quickly and expertly. Big surprise even spoke a little Filipino to my mother's caregiver.

Needed a valve replacement on a pipe that was leaking during a kitchen restoration. Restoration was on hold because of this and Joe got out as soon as he was able to. Was in and out in 15 mins. Quickest and easiest part of the kitchen restoration so far! Good price too!

I noticed Joe's repair truck in the alley and asked if he could check something out quick for me. He immediately responded, did a quick look and went right to work. The issue was more involved, but he had the tools and parts in the truck and expertise in his head. Issue fixed. I am happy. And loved that he had an apprentice which he coached the entire time. We will need this trade for awhile - glad to see him growing the technicians.

If, like us, you are completely overwhelmed with the process of finding a plumber, look no further. I found Joe through recommendations in a neighborhood Facebook group when we discovered our garbage disposal was leaking. I’m glad we took the advice of our neighbors. Joe is great. He swapped out our disposal and also identified a couple of other issues before they turned into big issues. He tries to find the most cost effective solutions first, which I know we can all appreciate. He was even able to fit us into his schedule a couple of days sooner than originally planned when he finished another job ahead of schedule. We need to have a couple of other things checked out in our home, and it’s a relief to know we now have a friendly go-to plumber! We’ll be scheduling him again soon!

I had an amazing experience hiring Joe to install two toilets in my condo. When I first called, I was expecting a generic greeting or an answering machine. Joe answered the phone with such great energy and enthusiasm (I was like, hum... this guy really likes his job!). He was generous with offering advice and recommendation even before I decided to work with him. He even told me how to save money for what I needed!

Joe was very responsive with text and phone conversations, and was professional about his work. He came well prepared, and paid attention to details during the job (he made sure to clean up after the job as well). I had lots of anxiety because my old toilets were causing water damage to my neighbor downstairs. Joe was very humorous, and his attitudes and knowledge eased my anxiety. I felt that I was in good hands as soon as he started working. He was patient with my questions; he spent time explaining his assessment of my old toilets and the steps that he was taking to install the toilet. (I got an unexpected, free plumbing lesson!) I appreciated Joe's transparency, professionalism and passion for his job. I paid at least $500-700 fewer than other quotes that I received from other plumbers.

It was such a pleasure to work with Joe! He was extremely responsive in setting up our appointment. He showed up on time, prepared with all of the materials necessary for repairs. He was extremely polite, so much as announcing every time he came in from his truck (we left our garage door open), so we knew it was him and not an intruder entering our home. He was very reasonably priced. Would recommend & use Joe again!

My 30+ year bath tub faucet had a leak. I tried to fix it and failed. I called Joe. He came over; assessed and explained the situation. The faucet needed to be replaced. The bathroom is small and tight so I was obliged to assist and I was honored. To observe a consummate tradesman ply his craft was truly mesmerizing! The work was perfect and the price was right! If you need a plumber call Joe! Don't think....don't hesitate.... just call Joe!!!

Joe and his team did an excellent job. Other company will typically say change or replace everything without even trying to fix or do the remedy just to earn money but not Joe and his team. He tried everything to fix it and it worked. We saved a lot of money because of him -being considerate and professional. we highly recommend him and his team

Joe did a great job replacing my broken water heater and some attached piping. After my water heater started spraying water everywhere, Joe responded quickly to my message and was able to get out to my house and diagnose the issue. He was able to source a new water heater quickly and installed it well. He also explained to me how everything worked, so if there was ever an issue in the future I would know how things worked. I would definitely recommend him for your future projects!

Joe was amazing! Not only does he do a quality job he cares about his customers. He went above and beyond to help me complete a project in a building in Chicago that required a licensed/insured/certified plumber and Joe was able to get the job done and at a reasonable price! He even recommended a great tile guy to help me finish my work and it turned out great! Highly recommend. 5 stars across the board. Joe is now my go-to plumber.

Dealing with Joe was as easy as 1,2,3. I called for a quote, he responded quickly, and in a very short turnaround time, he came to review and fix what was needed. There were no gimmicks, no haggling, just honest work ethic and humility.

After reviewing my situation, he proposed a scenario (different from that of the original quoted project) that would save me money. He could have very well kept with the original plan, but he was straightforward with me about how to fix the issue. It is not every day that I find someone that is this honest!

was having a major issue with main drainpipe was clogged and water was backing up in the basement sink. I reached out to Joe and was able to get response right away and appointment scheduled when I wanted .. He showed up on time and explained everything to me what was going on and what he recommends. he cleaned out the main drain with his partner Mark. Both are so professional and amazing. I had never had anyone explaining their work in so much detail that can be understandable to anyone without any plumbing knowledge. Price was reasonable..

Joe has been amazing! He really went above and beyond to help us. We had a faucet break, but with a very complicated problem as the valves to turn off the faucets were inside of the wall and not under the sink. Joe came out and figured out what needed to be done, he installed new faucets and valves down below so we had a normal sink system. He worked so hard and even stopped by the next day to help us with something small. On top of that, Joe has been easy to work with, timely, responsive and just overall a great guy. We are so happy we worked with him! We've already recommended him to our neighbors and are planning the next project he can help us with. Thanks Joe!

A belated review of outstanding service. Joe came out in December of ‘23 to solve a mystery leak we had and immediately identified our toilet as needing repair or replacement. He installed the new toilet and problem solved! Added bonus of a great personality and dog friendly. I plan to call Joe for any future plumbing issues.

Great service from Joe. He was professional and was great in helping me understand what he was doing, what he was looking for, and what I should be looking for with the plumbing. He was a great teacher and Was open and available for me to shadow him and show me all of the steps he was taking to source the problems. I walked away from our appointment having a better knowledge of my plumbing system and understanding steps that I could take to make improvements. Impeccable service! I would definitely have Joe back to work on any additional issues that come our way.

After a gas leak was found during a home inspection, I called Joe's Plumbing on the basis of an A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau. That rating is well-earned! Communication before and during the repair was easy, and the repair itself was handled quickly and professionally. If you're in his service area abd need a plumber, I highly recommend calling Joe.

Joe did a great job updating my Mom’s laundry sink and plumbing. He came first and reviewed what work needed to be done and the estimated cost. He was very professional and kind to my elderly mother.
