Wish I could give the business a zero. A company that attempts to establish business within a community should at least return your phone calls. It is shameful how TrueGreen manages their business. We have intended to initiate business with them and all they have done was ignore and make empty promises and non-existent appointments. If an "initial visit" is handled this way, I can't imagine any future appointments or issues being productively addressed. I highly suggest going with another business - there are tons in the area.

Have been complaining for over 2 years that crab grass was getting out of control. Each time I complained they would send someone out at no charge. Until my camera captured a TrueGreen employee servicing half of my lawn. I refused to pay for any of the services for this year but they sent me to collections. How do I know if my lawn was even serviced? See my pictures and video.

I was excited to see someone arrive at my home at 7:20a. That let's me know that this is someone who takes their job seriously. Jamel arrived before I started working, and I was amazed.

The technician, John Brown was very kind and professional and shared some useful information in his evaluation walk through at my property.

As usual, Cedric provided me with details of how he was going to treat my lawn. Then was patient enough to listen and answer any of my questions and listen to the concerns that I had. While also engaging in pleasant conversation.

When they first came out, it rained right after the treatment on July 31st, I called them to let them know ow and Trugeeen came back and redid the treatment for free. I really appreciated that, I’ll give Trugreen a 10 for that.

This is the first time that anyone has ever rung my doorbell and spoke to me! I asked for that every time and it took this long to get it. Wow.
