Joseph Murray was awesome I forgot to unlock my gate and he called me when others just left very professional.

I mistakenly gave a 5 star rating to my last application. Not sure why this guy bothered to come at all. He came in my backyard with his applicator and then turned around and walked out. As for the notices that they put on the lawn, this guy put a black stick in the ground! Just a stick! I guess customer satisfaction means nothing anymore.

TruGreen provides beyond excellent lawn ‘care’ services focusing on grass, shrubs and mosquitoes!! The mosquito control formula is superb and safe!! These Mosquitos can be ferocious if not for TruGreen. So, no more large spiders and webs. Better yard experience. My grass is now lush due to the Tru care Lawn care Program. 5+ stars for my professional techs!! -Completely satisfied customer

This review is strictly for the Mosquito technician who treated my property on 6/11/25 and not True Green the company it self. He was very professional and very responsive to my instructions and request. Will wait and see how effective the treatment is.

David was absolutely AWESOME! In addition to the aeration service he performed, he took the time to explain recommended improvement actions to taken to improve the look and quality of my lawn. He’s a true professional, and very much appreciated.

My service technician (truck # 116220
202326-JOHN BROWN) always does an amazing job. He addresses all of my questions and concerns and is very easy to work with. He is also very knowledgeable about lawncare.

I wasn’t quite ready for the service today, the specialist, Jamel, patiently waited for me to open gate and pick up a couple of things from lawn.
He’s great and I certainly appreciated not only his patience but his friendliness as well!

Today David Marquez was our Lawn Specialist and explained how I can thicken my lawn and answered all my questions very polite and friendly. Great Job having the knowledge to answer your customers questions .

Starting the 2025 season they had moved him to another location but as of today 6/24/25 he's back and I'm happy about that he does a very thorough job and if you have any questions he explains them, he is very personable! I hope they keep him at my location👍🏼

Tech came out today 7/15, ranged my doorbell. He was very polite and courteous. Explained to me because it's so hot it best to water lawn early mornings or after dusk

We actually got rid of one large tree and got rid of lots and lots of tree parts and they did a very amazing job they were very clean and precise nothing was damaged and even our yard looks like new. And very nice people.

My lawn is thick and weed free, I like the communication as to when my lawn techs will arrive and they have all been polite and have given good tips.

Cedric just completed my lawn care with diligence, professionalism and excellent service that in my latter experience has been rare. The biggest compliment to give him is that if I could get ONLY HIM to service my yard I would commit to Trugreen every year! Kudos!

My lawn been looking bad for 10 years when I bought & rehabbed house. I always had some grass though while neighbors had weeds, decided to invest some money in my lawn and for past month or so since I hired TruGreen, it's looking pretty good. I'm happy camper. Hope to put aside in budget for this service for next treatment.
