I scheduled service and was confirmed from 8am to 11am. No one showed, and a follow up call made clear they forgot about me. No communication after that. Stay away.

I have used them to hire a cleaning service and hedge trimming. The professionals are very responsive and willing to provide their expertise. I am pleased with those I've hired so far. Would highly recommend this app

Not worth the annual service plus company tries to auto renew the annual subscription even when you tell them not to, which isnt legal. Very shady.

I like to keep things short, don’t waste your time. They over charge, can never get a booking (when you do they don’t show up), poor communication with representative. This is coming from being with them for 1 year. I will not be renewing my membership. They’ve completed 3/12 jobs I’ve requested.

I've been trying to get a general current COI to verify this company is insured for the services they claim for the business names they claim for almost 2 weeks. We like the tech who quoted us, and are ready to move forward IF we can confirm this is a legit company... Which is difficult bc they are so secretive about standard business procedures.... just spoke with a senior Manger and he said that was how they were advised by their insurance company to proceed bc they were getting false claims. Hmmm.

Also why is this company located inside what appears to be a liquor store? Why can't the city of Hillside confirm this is a legit address/business? When I called and asked the person said they are actually located in Chicago. Hmmm.
