This company stole $100 from me.

After requesting a technician help me at my home, and having the technician miss the appointment, I had to call and follow up twice over a 2 hr window to be informed the technician had left work early.

I still was charged the $99 assessment fee though. After I noticed it on my balance, I called to follow up and was told it would be reimbursed. I repeated this over a 5 weeks timeline, each time with the receptionist telling me I would get an email or call to follow up. I didn’t ever, and they never remembered me when I called back.

I have still not received my money.

Update: 2 hrs after posting this, and after calling 25 times in 2 hours, they finally refunded it right away, but not after having a technician call me to ask when I wanted them to stop by (a service I haven’t needed since 5 weeks ago). Amazing
