I worked with Kentrell Billups at C&N. He helped me from start to finish. He was there when I had to set up my claim and he made sure my project was exactly what I wanted and stress free. He made several visits to my house during the project to made sure things we going according to plan. I would def recommend C&N to anyone who has a construction project.

We just had a roof replaced. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Matt was amazing. I initially was very reluctant talking to another Roofing “salesman." Matt asked for 5 minutes. I was impressed with his down to earth personality and him basically saying let me do all the work and if it doesn’t work out or sound good to you, you have nothing to lose. And he was 100% right. He did all t heavy lifting for us. All we had to do was put the claim in. He handled everything from beginning to end and our roof came out beautifully. The crew were able to get our roof done in one day, making it so convenient for us not to deal with all that stuff for more than one day. I highly recommend C&N construction for your roofing needs and definitely recommend Matt for his great customer service and commitment to the customer.

My thanks to Sergio with C&N Construction in replacing my roof and gutter after storm damage. Sergio helped us navigate the claim process with my insurance company. He came out when the insurance adjuster came out to point out the storm damage to the roof and gutter. The insurance adjuster wrote out the check on the spot after meeting with Sergio and his manager. What a surprise. He kept us updated throughout the process and made sure we were satisfied throughout the process. The crew that installed the roof were great. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up afterword. The crew that installed the gutters were great too. Everything came out great. I can't say enough good things about C&N Construction and I have Sergio to thank for that. C&N did an amazing job with communicating with my family from the beginning to the end. The work that was done was outstanding. My house looks so much better and my neighbors are even giving complements. I recommend this company!!!

C&N were quick and professional. Service was scheduled for 7am and they showed up by 6:50am. Punctuality is a must for me, so I was excited when they pulled up with an entire team ready to work. The tare down and clean up were perfect.
Their Sales Agent Ahmed was upfront, consistent, and on top of whatever questions I had prior to deciding on moving forward with a new roof!

Overall, I would definitely utilize this company again. I’ve already referred them to a family member for future business.

Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity contacted C & N Construction about a possible donation in 2019 for the Women Build home being built in Aurora, IL. They were so wonderful and agreed to donated GAF roofing supplies and labor for this small home with detached garage t our organization. Their experienced crew came out one hot morning in July 2019 and knocked out this project in a few hours flat. Elsa, her two daughters, and her mom are so grateful that C & N Construction installed their roof knowing there is a very long warranty on the supplies they used and that they cared enough to help them build their forever home.

From day one when michael Laroche stop by the house to give us an estimate for the roof replaced he came and explained everything that we needed to know, measured and showed us different options of roof shingles. They took care of the permit and finals inspection when the crews came to installed the roof they wore very professional very good clean, everything went very smooth after everything was done.michael Laroche kept in touch thru the whole process he is very professional and friendly I would definitely use this company in the future and well recommend to anyone thanks again to C&N Construction and michael Laroche

Claim deadline for hail damage was 1 week away. I didn't think I would be able to get it done in time, but I reached out to Zach from C&N to see if there was anything he could do. Zach H. got on it right away and handled everything! He was clear about timelines and how everything would work. He was able to talk me through the entire process including dealing with my insurance company. The entire process was so simple for me thanks to Zach, and the end result came out beautifully. I highly reccomend!

Billy and his crew from C & N the Hillside location did an excellent job. I sustained a lot of storm damage— Holes in my roof, branches stabbing through my ceilings, fence down. It took a while but the crews did excellent work. Thanks C & N for restoring my home!

C&N took great care of us! They got out to us fast and were fast at work! The roof turned out great and we are overall very happy with it. And to mention they did a phenomenal job keeping the yard clean during the process!

Where do I start. To say I am grateful to Marino and C&N Construction is a tremendous understatement. Our roof was damaged by a big hail storm. Marino came out, drone and all, evaluated my roof, made a report, meet with my insurance company and got the entire project approved including the entire roof, about 6600 sf, 7 skylights, the gutters and even the heat tape. My out of pocket was just for an upgraded skylight. We have an extremely large and difficult roof with very steep pitches. The project was handled safely, and our patio and house were protected at all time. Although we were nervous about the large scope of the project, they did a perfect job and keep excellent communication with me through the whole job. I will attach pictures of the finished job and you can see the quality. I can without any reservations, recommend this company for your roofing work and certainly hail damage. Don’t delay if you suspect hail damage, you have a short time to notify your insurance before you are time barred.

Damian was our initial point of contact — he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially with navigating insurance and the appraisal. His guidance made everything so much smoother and less stressful.

Once the project moved forward, we worked with Matthew, our general contractor. He ensured everything was organized, on time, and completed to a high standard. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and got the job done quickly without cutting corners.

Please please please, whatever you do, STAY AWAY from Claim Specialist, Guy Divittorio. He is not there for your best interest. At first, Guy was very friendly. He assured us in so many ways that he was going to be the person to give us the roof of our dreams. After our claim was denied by insurance, we knew that we still had to shop around and get other quotes. Guy was aware that we were keeping our options open. When he found out that we were not going to move forward with his services, he freaked out on my partner and I. Guy kept sending us dozens of text messages— threatening us, cussing us out, and even told us that he was going to be calling the inspector because he assumed the company we hired weren't doing their jobs properly and were "scamming us".

We were going to need an inspection anyways but that is not the point. The point is, we no longer wanted to work with Guy, but he wouldn't take the hint. He just kept harassing us and meddling into our business... even after numerous attempts of asking him to leave us alone.

Thankfully, our roof passed the inspection and it looks great! NO THANKS TO GUY. My partner and I are so thankful we decided to put our money towards a loyal, trustworthy, and professional company instead of being conned into hiring C&N through a very terrible salesman.

Long story short, Guy is all talk. Don't believe anything he says.

After a hailstorm showed damage to our roof, with much trepidation I sought to accept Matt Pfister's request to help me with insurance and to work with his firm C&N construction. Matt was extremely detailed and kept me fully informed about the insurance process, the scope of the complete repair including gutters and downspouts. I strongly recommend Matt Pfister and C&N construction for roof work.

C & N replaced my roof after some of the storms we had this past summer. They took care of virtually everything from start to finish, including working with my insurance company, which is something I really didn't want to do. They did a complete tear off of my existing 3 layers and had the new roof all in one day. Very good company, I highly recommend them.

RYAN cooper And JOEY godfrey were professional the entire time and very helpful inspecting my flat roof and large commercial property, they precisely located the leaks AND contacted insurance seamlessly. Highly recommend to call them after storm.

This review is for a roof replacement due to a storm

We had C&N inspect our roof after a recent hail and damage was found. They helped us submit a claim with our homeowners insurance. Surprisingly, our insurance was a bit hesitant - the adjuster didn't want to go on the roof to inspect the damage. Not only did C&N go back on the roof to take video to submit but they also made a video on how difficult it would be to make piecemeal repairs. Eventually, the insurance company approved a full replacement

C&N took care of everything - permits, inspections, etc. The roof replacement was done in a day (cleanup included) and we are very happy with the result. We have no hesitation recommending C&N especially if an insurance claim is necessary
