The C&N crew gets 5 stars. They shielded all my landscaping and moved all my deck furniture out to the way before they started. Angel worked with me for almost 8 months to finally get my insurance claim worked out for storm damage. After the crew were done, they rake through my lawn for any nails. They moved all my deck furniture back. It was like they were never there except for a great looking roof.

I was referred to C&N for a roof replacement and my experience was outstanding! My sales rep, Gil, and his supervisor, Sam, were very understanding and made the process easy. As a first time homeowner, I was not sure what the process of replacing a roof entailed, but they both explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, which I sincerely appreciated. I did not get the impression they were trying to rush me into anything, which is unfortunately common when working with some tradesmen. One of my favorite things about this company is that they take care of the hassle of having to go back and forth with your insurance company for approval, which helped ensure a smooth replacement process for me as the consumer. This company stands by their work and voiced many times if there was a concern, they would be back to take a look and offer a solution if needed. On replacement day, the crew showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and did everything they could to be sure my property was not damaged during the replacement process. They even walked around the property multiple times to pick up leftover debris from the tear down, which may seem like a small thing, but for me it saved me the headache of having to pick up nails and other material from my property. The day after completion, I got up on my roof to take a look and was not disappointed - the crew re-installed my gutter guards that were placed prior to start of the job and really paid attention to detail. Communication throughout the process was prompt and informative, which I really valued. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is considering a roof replacement for their home.

Through a referral, I discovered C&N, and hiring them turned out to be the best decision. Their field supervisor, Hans Hidalgo, guided me through the initial assessment to the complexities of the insurance claim process with professionalism. C&N demonstrated with a clear project plan, remained responsive to our inquiries, and kept communication open throughout. The project was completed on time, with top-notch workmanship, and most importantly, stayed within budget. I highly recommend them for any roof replacement needs.

It was my lucky day when Jason drove around our house and spotted a flying singles and told me that he just going to check. He immediately fixed and told me that there are lot of singles damaged due to recent storms. He helped us submit a claim with our homeowners insurance. Initially our insurance approved only for the repairs! But C&N took video to describe how difficult it would be to make piecemeal repairs and scheduled the second inspection. Eventually, the insurance company approved a full replacement

C&N Construction is flexible and friendly. Rain was expected on our initial scheduled day, C&N crew was ready and comfortable but we were not comfortable and concerned on rainy day and Jason rescheduled it for another sunny day.

C&N Construction Inc., took care of everything - permits, inspections, etc. The roof replacement was done in a day and we are very happy with the result. I recommended Jason and C&N to my neighbors and friends and surprisingly most of them approved by their insurance companies! We highly recommend C&N Construction Inc.

My story is similar to many on here. C&N Construction stopped by after a storm saying they could work with my insurance company on some damage to a rear porch roof. At the time there was NO ISSUES with my roof of my home.

They got on the roof to take a look and give me an estimate. Big mistake. They cut shingles on my roof and when the insurance adjuster came the next day they commented on the fact that the shingles looked like they had been intentionally cut.

Obviously did not hire them for the job. Be aware these guys are not trustworthy.

We had to wait a bit for the work to get started, but once their schedule cleared, they finished the job in one day with perfection. The crew was professional and had such an efficient system to their work that it all went so smoothly; the end-product is terrific! We couldn’t be happier with the way our new roof looks and we highly recommend C&N!

After explaining everything about the process we felt comfortable to move forward and it proved to be a great decision! After initial visit from our insurance provider Connor and his team guided us through the next steps. Initially we only received a small amount from insurance but after trusting the process that was explained to us C&N was able to get us significantly more money on a cedar shake roof to the point where we were able to get our entire roof covered by insurance. I would highly recommend Bisaillon Brothers Handyman. I called with a short notice light fixture and ceiling fan swap that another "handyman" forgot to show up for. They were able to accommodate my evening schedule and get the job done right. What a sigh of relief to know all I have to do now is pick up the phone and they are there to help. So far we ordered the installation of a chandelier on the ceiling. The master left a positive impression. The work was done quickly and accurately. The price was small. I purchased an older home with a tiny opening to the crawl space. It was inaccessible for me. Unless you were a size 2 and 6 feet tall, it was difficult to access the space. Since this is where my water main valve is located, I needed to be able to access this space. I needed the opening enlarged and stairs built to access it. This company did an excellent job. Mark was professional and built exactly what I wanted. Since it is in a closet, I wanted to store my vacuum in it. He built the new door flush to the floor. The stairs allow me to climb in and out with ease. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again for other projects!
