Great Oaks came out and trimmed my tree and did a great job! It was fast and easy and they cleaned it all up. Great Company to work with.

I previously posted a bad review regarding the quote and the uncompleted work at my home. I had to pay the workers extra to complete work that do not have the tools to do that were discussed with the owners nephew. The owner Jorge apologized after seeing the review and said his son would come to my house and the work would completed on Saturday last weekend. I have not heard anything from the company after I pulled my review. Not a very trustworthy or reliable company.

Great Oaks was really knowledgeable on pruning the trees at my moms property, Nate was who she originally spoke with and was very competitive with other companies we’ve had work with before. It was a positive experience with them overall, highly recommend.

What an experience!!! 3 short days after we were given an estimate from Nathan, his crew and their well maintained equipment showed up first thing in the morning. This crew of 5 never stopped from the time they pulled in the yard.

We highly recommend Great Oaks Tree Service. We called them on a Monday to have an unsafe, roughly 70-foot tall cottonwood tree removed before the predicted high winds and rain arrived the following weekend. Remarkably, they had the tree down by that Thursday! We would also like to thank the person(s) who agreed to postpone their scheduled work so that our tree could be removed so quickly.

The crew was well-trained, conscientious, and approachable. The climber, and crane operator, carried off complex, and seemingly dangerous maneuvers with great skill. Beyond general safety, we were also concerned about our recently sided and roofed building, which was only 10 feet away from the tree. The crew patiently heard our concerns and removed the giant tree without leaving a scratch on our house or garage.

We sincerely thank Great Oaks Tree Service for recognizing the threat posed by the tree, and for taking swift action to ensure it was removed as quickly as possible.

Before having tree work done, I suggest getting a quote from Great Oaks Tree Service. Their price was great, and the quality of their work was excellent.

I got 6 trees cut. The quote was reasonable and they completed the job fast in a day. They cleaned up after and the overall service was good

It only took them 3 days to take down 8 full grown ash trees, grind up the stumps and haul away the logs. Pretty impressive. They kept in touch with me through the whole process. Very courteous and professional. I'm really glad I got them for the job. Their price was in the ballpark with everyone else. Thanks again

Nathan and his team were incredible to work with. We had 2 maple trees trimmed and 1 dead ash tree removed from our property. The entire team did amazing on getting this done for us, I will be recommending Great Oaks Tree Service to my friends and family.

They were VERY helpful and organized. They communicated with me via FaceTime to show me what they thought was best to do. Cleaned up well and did not destroy lawn getting the equipment they needed to the back yard.

Nate and his team did a fantastic job! He gave me a great quote and the tree was gone the next day! It was a very huge tree that they took down . The tree was over garage and home and there was no damage during the removal. No more cleaning the gutters a few times a year. Yay!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company.

The experience started positively; the individual who came to provide the quote was friendly, professional, and promised a thorough job, specifically ensuring that all our trees and bushes would be perfectly cleaned up. He guaranteed this would be completed as a same-day service. He even generously offered to haul away an old picnic table we had at the back of the house.

The actual work, however, felt completely half-assed and rushed. It was clear the crew was only doing the bare minimum. The tree pruning was haphazard, leaving visible, uneven cuts.

They initially focused only on the trees and completely neglected the bushes; I actually had to go out and overtly remind them that bush pruning was explicitly included in the quote before they began working on them.

This felt like they intended to do a little bit of work and return later, completely contradicting the same-day service we were promised during the quote. The result was sloppy, incomplete work that in no way delivered on the thorough job advertised.

The most egregious failures were the broken promises regarding additional services. We were guaranteed same-day stump removal, but that work only happened a week later. Furthermore, after confirming the removal of our old table during the quote, it was left behind. We called the company about the table, spoke to a representative who assured us someone would be back to collect it, but days later, it is still sitting exactly where it was.

Hiring this company was a waste of both time and money. I received unprofessional, incomplete results and experienced a complete lack of follow-through and customer service regarding the removal of the promised item. Avoid them if you value quality work and reliable service.

Let me be absolutely clear: this company does not deserve a single star. I am forced to select one star only because it is the mandatory minimum required to submit this warning.

We received a flyer in the mail and needed some trees removed and trimmed anyway. I gave the number and quickly someone came out and gave me a very fair quote based upon previous tree removal cost. Signed on the spot.
They said it would be a couple weeks, and it was. When they arrived the job was done quickly and professionally. They did a great job!!! Clean up was beyond expectations also.
Great Oaks will be my only call when I need additional trees taken care of.
