This is my first job with Kevin from Standard Construction, We did a project for the United Staes Army Corp of Engineers. We demoed 3 houses and basements, Kevin backfilled the basements, regraded the land put erosion blankets down also seeded the property. The workmanship was excellent, finished 3 weeks ahead of schedule and went beyond of what was in their contract. Communication between us and the client was great. As a General Contractor I could not be happier with Standard Construction and highly recommend them
Standard Construction gets the job done right the first time! They came out and leveled my lawn and Kevin did a great job, I was so tired of how bumpy it was and Kevin had it leveled, seeded, and straw blanketed in just ONE DAY. His team doesn’t quit! A++, a company you can trust!!

Had my driveway excavated and they moved 100,000 lb of paverbricks for me everything went flawless, also had some large trees removed and stumped grinded bases were over 5ft around so no I wasn't going to do that myself lol!
He did some excavation, some digging for fence posts, even holes for tree planting. Fixed a ditch line for myself and the neighbors. The Jack of all trades basically. I’ve referred him to several customers of mine looking to have their yards leveled, demo work, trenching, etc. nothing but excellent feedback from everyone. He’s excellent with a bobcat, I’ll tell you that much. His prices are the most reasonable I’ve seen, even with pandemic prices.
Have used standard construction to build 2 miles of dirt bike tracks and walking paths in addition they are building my home and barn in Monee Illinois. I highly recommend them and can also meet anybody property and show them their work if needed. Great attention to detail and follow up. Barn House is complete and great.
