Ed was sent to our home to look into blockage issues with two of our bathrooms. When diagnosing the problem, he was very thorough in explaining what caused the problem, as well as future problems that could occur because of the issue.

I’ve had a different plumbing company come out for the same issue before and they didn’t properly fix our problem and didn’t explain things like Ed from Aleck Plumbing did.

Aleck Plumbing seems to be a great company who hires quality plumbers. I’m so glad I went with them instead of other near by companies or using the scam of a home warranty that came with the purchase of our home.

I’ll definitely use Aleck for all of our future plumbing needs.

I’ve been using Aleck plumbing for the past 30ish years. They’ve worked with us on large projects like when we built a home and small projects like today, when they replaced our garbage disposal. They are professional at every level.

I consider them a Trusted Source for any plumbing need.

Gabriel was outstanding. Great overall experience with Aleck plumbing. Would get 5 stars but the drywall repair contractor they recommended, never returned our call.

I was told that the initial $95 visit would be deducted from my total bill but that didn't happen. It has almost been a month and they keep giving me the run around about refunding the $95. Also I was emailed a $50 coupon from " Plumbers 911" and Aleck plumbing refuse to honor it. I called Plumbers 911 to see if Aleck plumbing should honor the coupon and I was told that they should have honored it.

My daughter and I have both used Aleck Plumbing in the past 2 months and couldn't be happier. They not only provide quality service, their employees are EXCEPTIONALLY professional and friendly. I highly recommend Aleck Plumbing without reservation. Kara and I both do, many thanks!

When we needed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, we called Aleck Plumbing. We've used Aleck's services for years and have always been very happy with the results. This time they sent out Joe, who did an excellent job of installing the faucet and garbage disposal. Earlier this year, Joe located the source of a leak in one of our toilets that was driving our village water bill way up. Our last water bill was back to normal and our new faucet and garbage disposal are working great. Thanks, Joe!

We have used Aleck Plumbing for many years & have always been very satisfied with their service. For the most recent service, plumber Jason installed 3 replacement faucets & replacement shower. He did a phenomenal job.Very nice representation of Aleck plumbing .Great hire - Jason is a winner .

This company performs outstanding work at reasonable prices and should always be considered when someone is making a decision on which plumber to use. I left a message on their website with the type of work I needed performed in my bathroom and received a call within 24 hours. I asked for service in 2 days and was able to receive an appointment within that time frame! The arrival window was in 2 hours... from noon until 2pm... and the serviceman arrived by 12:30pm, performed the work in record time and provided me with a fair price.

I could not have been more pleased and will definitely use their service again.

My appt was for between 08:00 & 10:00. John called before 08:00 to let me know he was on his way and then got there right at 08:00 which was great because the switch on my sump pump broke, the pump wouldn’t turn off, was overheating and I had to manually plug in and unplug it as the basin would fill every ten minutes. John was patient and explained the options I had (I asked about installing a battery backup). John installed the new pump and battery backup system I wanted quickly and efficiently. He left the place clean. I will call Aleck Plumbing again when the need arises.

I stepped into my utility room to find backflow from my septic area, and called two places who did not want to stop by on a Friday to help.

Aleck jumped at the chance to provide exceptional service given the holiday weekend! Ed did a fantastic job,explaining my issue and how he was going to solve it. He had all the equipment in his truck, and was in and out in less than 2 hours.

Aleck was scheduled to come to our house to replace a sump pump and camera a drain line under our house to evaluate for repairs. About 30 minutes before their arrival, we had a sewage backup in our basement. We called them right away and they were able to round up the needed equipment to handle the emergency situation at the same time. The service was impeccable, from the communication to the repair tech who was sent. Ed was friendly and professional and brought some calm to a very chaotic situation. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Aleck Plumbing was highly recommended by another professional. I called, they responded immediately and came out for service. The workers were extremely knowledgeable and polite. We are on part 1 of solving/finding a leak and I asked them to replace a leaking faucet for the utility sink.

Everything from the scheduling process to the followup was quality. Aleck plumbing sent out Ron to fix our plumbing issue. Ron was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Such a positive person! The work was done in a professional manner, the area remained clean throughout the process, and the price was reasonable. I needed a new sump pump and so I called Aleck Plumbing. This business is about a mile from my home so I felt secure and comfortable doing business with an established company located in the community.
Service Technician Shawn (Plumber) arrived within the appointed time slot (11am-1pm). He was courteous,respectful,and clean. Shawn explained to me what I needed (sump pump) and the cost which included everything including hauling away the old pump,installation of a new pump,and including a new cover for the pump (after almost 20 years).
Also, Shawn cleaned the area upon completing the job. He didn’t leave a mess.
I am very pleased with Shawn’s work and professionalism. The price was fair, reasonable and comparable with competitors. Thank you, Aleck Plumbing and thank you,Shawn.

We had a horrible clog in our kitchen sink, tried to DIY some things with no luck, but then called Aleck Plumbing and they made it a priority to come help get our kitchen back in order. They got through what seemed impossible with no trouble. So professional - using tarps, wiping down everything, brought every thing to take care of it all, even cleaned our counter (definitely wasn’t his mess :) ) & took away the paper wipes they used to not use our garbage. I have used Aleck Plumbing numerous times for both service and remodel. In both instances the quality of work exceeded expectations. In the service instance, the problem was quickly diagnosed along with necessary repair work. For the bathroom remodel the work was top notch and I still get compliments on how good it looks. Mike was very nice and professional. He explained the reasons behind the issues we were having, his process and how to minimize the problems in the future. He also talked to us about potential future things we will have to address. He was fast, efficient, did several test runs and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from customer service over the phone to in-home installation. I had an emergency with the water heater. The servicemen arrived within an hour.
