Sebastian saved the day when my 94 year old fathers condo flooded from a clogged pipe on Father’s Day! This was the 5th time flood and the first plumber that truly fixed the problem with kindness and expertise I would use him any day!

Carl came out and took out my old shower mixing valve. Install new mixing valve.
Use s repair escution cover. Looks great.
Didnt need to do and tile it wall replacement.

I called MidCity to unclog the floor drain in my basement. Last year it was done by a different company. What a mistake as the technician seemed to be in a hurry and said he couldn't go all the way through to the village pipe. MidCity was able to and left me with peace of mind. I only regret not calling them last year.

Had injector pump replaced a few months ago. Very happy with the work and time to work on the job. I called them in the morning and pump replacement was complete before lunch. They also did a good job of cleaning up project area.

Always have great service at a great price. I was quoted over $700.00 to replace the wax ring and re-seal my toilet from ABC Plumbing. Crazy! Just had it done for $195.00 from Mid-City. These guys are not here to rip people off which is why they have such a good reputation.

One of the best plumbing services I have ever had. On time & honest. They make sure the job is done right the first time and when they leave they make sure the work area is cleaned. Three other neighbors use them too, so that should say a lot.

I called on Friday set an appointment and Joe was my plumber. Great work. Fixed our leaky shower facet and replaced our existing kitchen faucet. Great Work, professional and got the job done. No B.S.

I called and scheduled an appointment to work on a leaky outside faucet. They said they would be available the next day and would call in the morning. They never called so I did to see what was happening. They said it would be in the afternoon and they would let me know. You guessed it...no phone call. I called (again) and they said they would like to reschedule for tomorrow. This is Christmas week and I have already waited 2 days for them. Do they really think I would be dumb enough to wait a third day?

They contacted me quickly when I reached out, we worked out a plan, they addressed all questions/concerns, and I was happy with the result. An overhead sewer system was installed at my home and they went out of their way to make sure things were perfect. I recommend them.

Context - My sewer pipe broke, causing sewage backup in our basement. He came ASAP and got the sewage to drain by rodding it. Then, he and his team promptly excavated the area with the broken pipe and replaced everything. Mario explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He sets the standard for what professional service looks like.

Long story short. Called Mid city early in the morning. I needed them to respond to my home at 3:00pm to fix my septic pump.
They were on time, professional and was good value. There was nothing wrong with the unit. Just alot of garbage attached to the pump that was leading into the street. Workers cleaned it up, put it back safely and made sure it was in working condition before leaving. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Will definitely call them again for any other plumbing problems should something happen in the future

Excellent company. Called this morning and they were here four hours later. Billy was our plumber, and he was very professional. He was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing to fix our water heater.
