I have been using Naturescape for at least 6 years. I am very happy with their service. If I have any issue (which I have only had 1 or 2 times), they address it immediately and correct it. The majority of the technicians who come are extremely cordial and if I have any problem areas in the yard, they concentrate on those areas and work hard to eliminate the problem. I would suggest anyone who is looking for a landscaping service to use them. The office staff is also great.

We've used Naturescape for more than 5 years. They do a great job with their 5X a year lawn program that's very reasonably priced. The customer service is outstanding, and they take care of everything very well.

This place is ok, they do what they suppose to do spray your grass. They sometimes forgot to spray behind my fence. When I call them they John on the spot to take care of it. They also over spay leaving the grass a brownish burned color. The price is a little high, but I use them because I’m to lazy to to it myself. I would prefer a company who don't use chemicals. I hate walking in the grass and I got brown stuff all over my shoes after they treat the grass. I no I could save a lot of money if I do it my self. I just don't have the time.

We have loads of crabgrass and weeds. They say they will come out and send a “specialist” out within 72 hours. I am on 5+ weeks of me constantly calling and talking to upper management and still have had no rectification. We spend a small fortune on watering with system and a lawn service on top of having it professionally landscaped. You would never know it with all the weeds in our yard. Still waiting for them to fix it almost mid August. We have had weeds all summer and paid a good amount for Naturescape services.

I moved homes in 2017 and transferred service to my new house. By 2020, all four trees in the front yard of the old home had to be cut down because they died after service stopped.

To me, the proof is not just in seeing my trees thriving, but also seeing what happens to beautiful, mature maples (2), pear (1), and Crabtree (1) once the service stops.

I’ll continue with this service forever because it’s easy, affordable, and works.

Misdiagnosed My Yard, Broke Every Promise, Then Sent Me a Bill

Naturescape sold me a yearly treatment plan after confidently telling me I had a weed problem. After multiple failed treatments and months of watching the growth take over my front yard, their own manager confirmed it was never a weed — it was a grass type they weren't equipped to handle. A fundamental misdiagnosis from visit one.

That same manager (Ryan) took full responsibility and told me I wouldn't owe anything. Then he left the company, and, here's the kicker, all his notes and account history were deleted with his account. So I received a $200 bill and had to start from scratch explaining everything to a new manager.

Over the following months: every promised callback never came (I always had to call them), Vicky confirmed the issue after reviewing photos, escalated to the regional manager for a resolution. Then, three weeks of silence. When I finally got an answer, it was that I still owed ~$150 because they did treat my weeds, just not the problem I actually hired them for. I was also told I could not speak to the regional manager myself.

My yard is now in worse shape than before I called them. I'll have to kill and reseed the entire affected area at my own expense. Naturescape's record-keeping is a disaster, their follow-through is nonexistent, and accountability disappears the moment it's inconvenient for them. Avoid at all cost.
