My baseboard heater were making crazy loud banging sounds, I could barely sleep! Raul did an amazing job explaining to me what was wrong and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Ive had several encounters with my heating unit, and recently said I will take care of it this summer but know it just started sounding horrible and not blowing enough heat. I texted Raul as I was getting ready and he came out that same afternoon, and we planned to have a new unit installed next day..no if and or buts. I came home and my house was nice and warm. I've dealt with many heating & cooling system companies over the years. I would have to put them at the top of the list. These guys are fast, friendly and most of all HONEST! They arrived on time. Followed through on everything they said they would do and best of all they solved a problem I was having with my heater. They had the part on hand and had my unit operating in tip-top shape and at a fair price. I've saved them in my contact list because they will be my go to company for any heating and air problems I may run into in the future.

When my furnace died on one of the coldest days of the winter and none of of bigger companies wanted to help, Corey answered quickly and got me back up and running. We’ve worked with this company twice now. We just moved into a new house and had trouble with our heat on one of the coldest days in winter. They came out, found the problem that day, did a quick fix and then came back the next day with the parts we needed. Yesterday we realized our air system wasn’t working. We called and again they came out almost today. We had issues with the wiring of our thermostats. Corey had it up and running within minutes. They you through everything so you know what is going on and run through your options every time. We couldn’t be more grateful to have found a company we can trust. They are genuinely nice people and great at what they do. Highly recommend them! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I'd like to know WHY Home Depot is sending unlicensed contractors to install faucets, toilets, dishwashers and garbage disposals in people's houses? ITS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS TO PRACTICE PLUMBING WITHOUT A LICENSE!!!!!

Most incompetent staff and management of a retailer I've seen in a while! Had a measure done for flooring. How does $2.99/sq ft x 1000 sq. ft + $495 for installation=$6000+? I REPEATEDLY asked for them to email me the detailed estimate. Six different individuals, including management, were supposed to do this, but it never got done. Yet they keep calling me to set up an install date?! If they can't be relied upon to send an email, I don't have much faith that they won't be lazy and cut other corners on my flooring project. I went to Creative Carpet and received a MUCH better experience. Congratulations, Joliet Home Depot. You have become the Kmart of Home Improvements!

Scheduling of my home flooring installation was easy and professionally performed.

Never again. They sent the wrong tile, broken. Then the installer installed the tile, uneven, he then came back to fix it, and said oh that is just how the tile is. Ffs.

Vinyl fence Install. Laborers were great!! Customer service at Peerless fence Co not great!!

Had to return to the store to pay for the job after the estimate came in.The process wouldn’t let me pay online, frustrating.

Your contractor really screwed up the installation. I ended up trying to get a contractor to fix a hole above where the furnace was installed due to the tech falling through. Still haven’t gotten it fixed. This happened back in September

Used home depot services to replace carpet in 3 bedrooms. I went in and chose the carpet and underlayment I needed. Then when I received the quote I was charged for full rolls of underlayment much higher than the advertised price per sq ft and more than what was needed. I tried calling in to adjust the price and confusion, but was met with a rude customer service agent after going through loops. They stated "we are not a flooring company and cannot help you," but if contracted and quote through home depot, who can help me? Regardless I went through the process and had the install done as I did not have time to shop elsewhere. The install itself went well and on time.
