Eric installed this unit two years ago, but it's never functioned properly since then. He claims there's a small leak that requires Freon refills every few weeks. Now, he refuses to answer the phone or repair the air conditioning, despite it being under warranty. I'm at a loss for what to do - frustrated and disappointed with the lack of follow-through.
