We won't use anyone but mark !! 100 percent honest!! Fixs our issues air conditioner water heater and furnace and never sells is extras !!called in morning and here same day this time only cost 80$ to fix we have used other heating companies and always a big bill !! 4 times they have been here for diffrent problems and never once have we been ripped off !! Very honest people !!

They replaced our furnace a couple months ago. When the weather turned really cold, we realized the furnace wasn’t heating correctly. They came out and addressed the issue at no charge. They have replaced both our furnaces in the last two years and have done such an amazing job!

My furnace started acting up last night and I called this morning and Emmanuel was able to come out right away! So nice and helpful and was able to show me exactly what was going on. Turned out I needed a new furnace and it was installed the same day!! So happy and grateful for their help and expertise!! Highly recommend!!

Comfortmax Heating and Cooling was incredibly responsive when I contacted them during the coldest weekend of the year after my furnace stopped working. Emmanuel arrived at my home within an hour on a Sunday morning. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and my options for replacing my furnace, which was very old. His team came out the very next morning and replaced it. Amazing service!

This is My only Heating and Air Conditioning company I’ll recommend. This is why 1 Emanuel, completely honest and caring. 2 my Heat went out , I called within 4 hours Emanuel was there addressing the problem and got my Heat back on . Integrity is why I only use Comfortmax

Bought a new system from them when my old one was on its last legs (like 10 years past when we should have already replaced it 😂). They were super respectful about letting me choose to keep maintaining the old one but also honest about the fact that it might give up at the wrong time. Got a second and third opinion from another company and a buddy who works on commercial systems that agreed. ComfortMax had the best quote of like 6 separate companies. They have a wonderful mix of old-school (reminder calls from really polite representatives) and technology-forward that I appreciate (I.e., text reminders with the pics of the techs who will come out). We’ve happily worked with a couple of different techs for our twice annual maintenance checks since we purchased our system but the most recent was Emmanuel. Honestly, they’re all great.

Comfortmax never disappoints! They arrive on time, always have the tools needed and are professional down to wearing "booties" to not dirty the floor. Smartest thing we ever did was buy their preventative maintenance program. We are lifers with these guys!

Emmanuel was great. Quick to respond to our emergency call, very Accommodating, and extremely transparent which is very much appreciated. With so many pushy salesmen and always trying to get more out of you, Emmanuel laid out the facts and provided many options.

A little pricey but great service! We called late, 8pm on a Monday and Mark was here in 20 min. He was very fast and courteous and had us fixed in less than hour! We absolutely recommend this service

ComfortMax Heating and Cooling was great from start to finish. I called on a Friday after hours around 4:20 PM when my furnace stopped working, and Ron was at my house by 5:30 PM — which was a huge relief with a cold spell coming up. He was here for over an hour and the price was extremely reasonable, especially for a last-minute, after hour call.

Communication was excellent with text confirmations and updates, and I received a detailed breakdown of the service afterward. Ron was very thorough, explained everything clearly (even with videos/readings), and was able to get my heat restored. No sales pressure at all — just honest, professional service. I would absolutely recommend ComfortMax and will use them again. Extremely refreshing finding someone, a company, who genuinely cares 🫶💕

The installers for my new furnace gave me a great price and showed up the next day. They removed the old furnace and installed the new one pretty quickly too given the slightly abnormal situation of my utilities closet. I was even impressed with how careful they were not to bang any walls while hauling out the old furnace.

I should also mention I was even shown upfront that my old furnace was cracked, so I didnt feel like I was being pushed into anything. The installers were friendly the whole time and we got to chat a bit which was fun. They even double checked their work and insured they didnt accidentally turn off the pilot light. Would definitely use them again and recommend

Comfort Max Heating and Cooling is the best! My furnace went out, so I called but had to leave a message. Within 5 minutes, I had a return call from Emmanuel who was working at another home. He said he'd get to my house once he was finished with his current job and was at my door within half an hour! Emmanuel worked quickly and thoroughly, explaining what had happened and possible next steps if it keeps happening. I can only tell you that the furnace that I purchased from him and his commitment to his clients is far better than any other furnace repairmen that I've had in the past. I recommend this company whole-heartedly!!!

The installers did excellent work and made sure to stay awhile to confirm the furnace was working. Emmanuel explained perfectly why the furnace needed to be replaced and in a way I could understand. He was then nice enough to re-explain it to my dad. A very great company to work with.

I’m very happy with ComfortMax. I have called around to a lot of places to have my air ducts cleaned, but all had minimums when I have a very small home with minimal vents. They were the first company to actually go by square footage and had a reasonable rate. Ron was my technician and did a great job and was very informative. I plan to use them for my future HVAC needs. Thanks!
