Reviews of local pros in La Grange, Illinois

I had the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I DO NOT recommend this office. I received unprofessional and totally unacceptable service from Ron. After the 1st cleaning, my 2nd cleaning was canceled 3 times with the final reason being my house was too far. Which, if that was the case, they never should have made a commitment. But, most notably, there was no apology offered for dismissing my service and he failed to recognize the inconvenience and frustration caused.

Vanessa and her team did a great job cleaning my home. They were on time, efficient and thorough. I appreciate the ease of scheduling as well.

Rachel's Crew did a deep cleaning for us, and they did a fabulous job! They were thorough and professional. Well worth the money. They went above and beyond.

I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional cleaning service provided by Sophia’s Cleaning. We had Marina’s team and they were incredibly professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work.

From the moment they arrived, they were courteous and respectful of my home. They worked diligently and quickly, leaving no corner untouched. My home was sparkling clean, and I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail they paid to even the smallest areas.

Marina's team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in the outstanding results. I highly recommend Sophia’s to anyone seeking a reliable and top-quality cleaning service.

I was moving and needed a “move out cleaning” for my apartment. I spoke with Laura and she made everything so easy. I told her what I needed, she knew exactly what I wanted and had me set to go in just a few minutes. The time and date were perfect, the price was very reasonable. She sent two wonderful women (Both named Maria what are the odds) these ladies knew their stuff. These two ladies were right on time, they were ready to get started and were well oiled machines. They went straight to work, had their system and nothing was going to stop them. We ran into an issue as I had not set aside enough time, we called Laura and in just minutes we were back on schedule. These two women were amazing. I lived in the apartment for over 20 years and when they were finished you would have never known it. I had to take pictures because it looked so good. My experience was wonderful. I highly recommend Sophia’s Cleaning Service. I am hard to please. Will I call them again, absolutely. Would I use the two Maria’s, you bet. Thank you Laura and Maria and Maria for making this a wonderful experience.

We used Sophia's Cleaning Service for a deep clean in our new home and were so impressed! Andrea and her team were so thorough, cleaning all of the cabinets, baseboards, appliances and everything in between! Highly recommend!

Maricela’s team did an excellent job cleaning the areas we requested! Very impressed with diligence and efficiency of the team. Thank you!

Sophia’s Cleaning Service was outstanding! Andrea’s cleaning team was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. They left every corner of my home spotless, going above and beyond expectations. It’s rare to find such attention to detail and reliability. I’ll definitely be using their services again

Bianca and her team did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, were professional, and the service was great. I would highly recommend.

Maricela and her team did a great job cleaning up a large rental unit. From the inside of a refrigerator to inside of the cabinets, they do it all!

Highly recommend Sophia's Cleaning Services. Vivian and her team did a fantastic job! They were fast and efficient and focused on all requested areas. Great job!!!

Lisbeth’s team did an absolutely amazing job. This was hands down the best cleaning service I’ve received in Chicago. We scheduled a deep clean with no additional add ons, and our 65 year old house looks like new on the inside. I’ll definitely be using Sophia’s again. I can’t thank them enough.

Disappointed is an understatement. I hired Sophia’s cleaning for a deep move in clean and was so disappointed with the way things were handled by their staff. They took a $200 deposit before coming and were unclear on the total amount which ended up being over $500 where they charged for hours they weren’t even cleaning. I requested appliances and baseboards to be deep cleaned and they were not. For this insane price you would think the house would be immaculate but I still have yet to move in to my new house because I am needing it to be cleaned again. I have no idea what these ladies were doing for the minimum 4 hour requirement they have. They charged me an hour for walking them around and showing the space. Will not be using them again and so disappointed with the way this was handled by their staff.

The team arrived promptly on time. They were organized and cleaned every corner and every surface. My home is sparkling clean and I will use the services again.

Rachel’s team came to
My house for the first time. I’m still happy with the end product. I will be having Rachel and her team back!

Rachel and her crew were wonderful house cleaners. Due to my arthritis, my bathrooms and the dusting and vacuuming were neglected for quite a few months. I had an initial cleaning done, and the house just sparkles and makes me smile. It's nice to relax in a clean and shiny home! Thanks for the great service.

Maricela and Marina have cleaned my house three times now. Every time they arrive on time and do all that is asked of them. I am pleased with the service I get from them and Sophia's Cleaning.

Marlene did a wonderful job... that's why we are asking for her to come back... When I say our house was clean it was clean 🪥🪥😔😔...

Vanessa and Ingrid did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I really appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. Their dedication made my home feel fresh and welcoming.

Lineth has been helping with keeping our home clean for a couple years now, and we appreciate her so much.

Laura helps coordinate any scheduling changes we needed, and we always appreciate their flexibility.

We recently hired Sophia’s Cleaning Service for a deep clean of our new house prior to move-in, and they did a fantastic job. Maria and her team member Maria arrived on time and immediately got to work. Over the six hours they were there, they worked hard and paid great attention to detail. The house was spotless and move-in ready by the time they finished. Very professional, efficient, and thorough. Highly recommend Sophia’s for anyone looking for high quality cleaning services!
