I scheduled an appointment with the cleaning service and it was set for 9/1 at 10:30. It was labor day, I was a bit concerned cause usually people take the day off, rightfully so, but that’s what was available so I agreed for the date.

The day comes and they tell me that one of their cleaners wasn’t able to make it and wanting to reschedule. I already put a $200 deposit down and I needed my apartment cleaned because of a flooding that happened recently and I personally want to move back and not stay elsewhere. I told them I did not want to reschedule and I wanted my deposit back and somehow they were actually able to get someone at 11:30.

I agreed to the 11:30 and a cleaner came by. Now my issue isn’t the cleaner, she did a great job and I appreciate her coming by especially on a last minute notice. The issue for me was that I believe there was a miscommunication because we requested for the oven to be cleaned which was not at all cleaned. I’m not sure if management relayed that info to the cleaner but we came back to an apartment with no oven cleaned.

And then I don’t hear back from management for two days until I get the final bill which was slightly odd. I payed the full price.

Overall, I didn’t like the communication between client and company and I feel it needs to be better so there will be no errors like this in the future.

I had a great first clean with this company. They are very easy to communicate with via text/phone/email. Bianca cleaned my house and she did an amazing job!

Marina and her team have done a wonderful job for several years! They are efficient and incredibly thorough. The office is also great with scheduling flexibility- if our cleaning day ever falls on a holiday, they can always fit us in on a different day.

The booking process was easy and efficient; after filling out an online form, I received a quick callback, to discuss and validate what we needed. The operations staff then setup a brief call with Laura, the Office Manager, who was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful, answering all of my questions and concerns. The crew that came to clean our house - led by Rachel - did an amazing job with the deep clean. They were polite, on time, thorough, and followed our instructions, and Rachel did a great job ensuring the work exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use them again!

This week we had our first cleaning by Sophia's Cleaning service and we're very happy. Rachel and her team were here on time and, after we walked thru the house, they were off to clean. They brought their own supplies/tools and worked efficiently.

I like that Sophia's Cleaning charges by the hour rather than a flat fee. Paying a flat rate can result in a rushed job that doesn't necessarily demonstrate attention to detail. Additionally we are motivated to make sure things are tidy so that the cleaning can be handled efficiently.

Based on this cleaning we signed up for regular cleanings by Rachel and her team. Thanks for getting us on the schedule so quickly. We look forward to seeing them again.

We always look forward to our biweekly cleanings with Vivian and her team! Even with the pre-cleaning chaos of getting the house ready (kids, dog, and all), it’s always worth it. They’re thorough, dependable, and somehow manage to make everything spotless every single time. Truly a lifesaver for our busy household. I don’t know how we’d keep up without them! We booked a full house cleaning through Sophia's and could not be happier with the work they did. The crew showed up on time, were very thorough, and fastidious. They were careful and respectful of our home and property, and followed instructions diligently. Overall, we were very pleased with the work performed, and the cost was reasonable.

Maricela’s team did an excellent job at my move in clean! They paid great attention to detail and ensured I was satisfied with their work. Their warm and friendly faces provided me with the comfort of knowing I was in great hands. Def recommend booking!

Vivian and Rosa are magicians, that's my only conclusion after seeing my home after their deep clean! My home was in desperate need of some TLC as I have struggled with some mental health issues in recent years. They brought a sparkle to each room and I feel better living in my own space again. They were so pleasant and kind. I feel like I can keep my home clean now with the help of this cleaning service on a monthly basis. I couldn't recommend Sophia's highly enough.

Vanessa and Ingrid were absolutely wonderful. The house smelled amazing and looked so great when we got home. They really took the utmost care of our house: from the little things like finding an earring I thought was gone forever, folding our toilet paper into a flower, cleaning our tub SPOTLESS ... that I truly thought was just stained ... They were really so wonderful and the office is delightful to work with. We paid a little extra to have our oven cleaned which had been perpetually dirty after a melted cheese incident and you would have thought it was a brand new oven with how clean it was! I highly recommend Sophia's!

Rachel and her crew were outstanding. Their attention is detail was impressive. I highly recommend them for all our home cleaning needs. I will definitely be using her and her team on a regular basis going forward.

Vanessa and team came out to do a deep clean of our house and did a wonderful job. They were so respectful of our space. We have 2 large dogs but you wouldn't have known after they finished. Very good work and will be continuing to make use of their cleaning service.
