Reviews of local pros in La Grange, Illinois

We recently had a situation where a product leaked and stained the hardwood floor. Steve responded quickly to our inquiry, was easy to schedule with, and communicated really well throughout the whole process. He got the stain out and did a really nice job on the repair. Reasonably priced too. If we ever need floors redone or repaired in the future, Steve is who we’re calling. Highly recommend!

Does beautiful work, very meticulous and completes the work quickly!

Installed flooring in my parents kitchen...looks awesome. Was very happy with the results and how quickly the work was completed.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the job Steve did. Gave me an approx timeline and stayed right on track! On time! Neat! I made the right choice by going with them! A+!!!! I LOVE my floors!!

Steve was thoroughly professional, hard working, prompt, and more than fair priced. I could not be happier as the results all speak for themselves. My floors are GORGEOUS!!!!!

Steve just did a wonderful job sanding and staining old hard wood floors I had underneath carpet. Super impressed with the entire job.

Steve is such a pleasant, hardworking man who came on time, stuck to his timeline, was so neat and did a fabulous job putting in new hardwood floors and matching them to two connecting floors! Thanks Steve for a great experience !

Renovation Hardwood Flooring should be everyone's go to flooring installation and/or hardwood flooring repair company! I expect better than perfection from people I hire. Renovation Hardwood Flooring delivered better than that at very competitive pricing. They were always early for the job & quite detail oriented in every facet of the work from prep to installation to cleanup! How refreshing to hire a company that takes pride in workmanship!

As a real estate investor I rely heavily on the expertise of Steve and his company. They have completed several projects for me and all have been exemplary. They have installed new floors and then refinshed existing wood work to match the new floor. They have also provided assistance in design and layout. Top notch professionals that are on time clean and beat. I highly recommend them

Renovation Hardwood gave me an amazing price on replacing my entire kitchen floor, then did such an incredible job, I’m thinking of having the entire house done! The house is over 100, and the kitchen was a mix of maple and oak. There was also an issue where boards were missing due to cabinet reconfiguration, and a rise in the floor near the chimney. RH total replacement pricing was about the same as another company’s sanding, refinishing and repairing of trouble spots... where the old floor would still be on its last legs.

I worked with Steve, who answered every question I had, and I had questions! I couldn’t believe the original floor had so little support, and he helped address sagging, insulation, stain matching, and long term floor maintenance. The SQUEAKING is GONE, and we couldn’t be happier.

Replacing the entire floor and using Renovation Hardwood Flooring are some of the better investment decisions I’ve made in my life. I look forward to the time when thin, stained and squeaky floors in other areas of our home will also be a thing of the past.

We really appreciated Renovation Hardwood Flooring. Steve Soukup is truly a craftsman. The flooring was a big part of our home renovation project and Steve was meticulous and completed the work. He was such a easy to work with. We highly recommend Renovation Hardwood Flooring. We will definitely use Renovation Hardwood Flooring for future projects. Thanks again.

Five stars is not enough! You will not find a harder working contractor or easier person to deal with. Steve is responsible, courteous, and respectful of both his customers and their property. He was on time and did all work as promised. He treats his customers fairly and works with them to make sure the job is done to their satisfaction. We could not possibly be any happier with the job he has done for us. The results far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Renovation Hardwood Flooring.

I had the hardwood in my whole home refinished. The work was done with care and pride. I am so pleased with the final results!

A++ experience. Steve is one of those "rare-to-find" professionals who comes when he says he's coming, quickly returns your calls and emails, gives good advice and free estimates, and does hardwood to perfection. Steve ripped up asbestos, interweaved new hardwood, sanded, and stained our home with absolutely 0 flaws. Floors look 10000% better and my contractor even requested Steve's info after taking look at his work. Without a doubt the only company you should be contacting.

Had our AC stop working when the weather suddenly jumped to 90°. They were able to come the same day and had our AC working within a few hours of the call. Thank you!

My AC repair was fast and completed by a real professional. He arrived very quickly and before I knew it, he had the issue fixed. This was an outstanding ac service.

Great service and response time. I called on a Saturday morning and they came out within 45 minutes. Problem fixed very quickly. Highly recommend and will use for all our Heating and Cooling needs.

The whole staff from 24 Heating & Cooling is wonderful. I have hired them for furnace service for both my home and business. They are a real pleasure to work with.

I had this technician come in for AC maintenance and I was very pleased. They were very kind on the phone and they set up a time according to what worked best for me. The technician showed up as planned and he was so nice. He was easy to talk to and he explained everything he was doing. I am happy to give my recommendation to this company, they deserve it.

Thank you for a quick and painless furnace repair! We were in a great time of need, since it was mid-January and the temperatures were FREEZING! Our furnace broke down, but thankfully a friend of mine recommended these guys for furnace repairs and I couldn’t be happier with the work done. The technicians worked fast, were very knowledgeable and super friendly. Thanks again!
