Hayder was prompt, honest, very knowledgeable; his years of experience was apparent when he was able to troubleshoot an issue with a brand new HVAC, recently installed poorly and inefficiently by an inept technician from another company. Hayder was very methodical; took his time; very patient and efficient. Unfortunately, our furnace room was so small and it made it hard to access, but Hayder was determined to get the job done. As a Home Care Club member, I received discounts on this repair. A Dependable Electrician
They botched an installation at my Deerfield home years ago and offered us no compensation. They just want to charge us more money instead. This company offered to buy out my small business of electrical repairs. After hearing SO MANY COMPLAINTS from my pool of clients since 2008, I'd never be associated with a scamming company (see many other reviews to support that they are scammers).

Alberto, and his colleagues in the past, have consistently displayed expertise in their various fields (I've used them primarily for plumbing and heating, and occasionally for sewer work), and very willing to explain what they are doing and why. Their pricing has been fair, and their work solid. Kudos to Alberto specifically, and to Ravinia in general.

I have had good experiences with this company in past but recently they sent a man to my house that broke something and even said so out loud then said well now we have to do a lot more repairs. So I asked him to leave. When I called I was not believed by Holly. Luckily Lakeside Plumbing came to the rescue. If you want a great plumbing service try Lakeside Plumbing.
