Established in 1994
I entered the flooring industry at the age of 26, starting in an entry-level position and quickly advancing to managing my own crew within two years. After five years of hands-on experience installing flooring, I transitioned into sales in 1994, working for a large shop-at-home flooring company. This shift allowed me to focus on helping clients find the best solutions for their needs while leveraging my installation expertise.
By 2004, I was ready to take the next step and founded my own business, combining my technical knowledge, sales experience, and passion for customer service. Business flourished in the early years, but like many others, we faced challenges during the housing market crash, which required scaling back to a single crew.
Despite the hurdles, we persevered, and I’m proud to say that we’re still going strong. Our dedication to quality, personalized service, and client satisfaction has been the foundation of our success for three decades.
