If it was possible to give anybody zero stars… the guys who took down the tree we’re normal, but the boss was a complete a hole … my neighbor had a limb that was in twined with our tree. He tried to talk to the gentleman about taking it down. The other company said it would be $100. Unfortunately. I am a good neighbor and I still let them use my driveway but there’s so many other quality companies out there…..

I looked for expertise and believe I found it. It’s been a few years now and all my trees look better, have filled out appropriately and don’t give me any concern. Every spring my arborvitae get deep root fertilization and they’ve never looked better.

Dru and his crews removed a 36”+ diameter, 40’+ silver maple in the front yard, some overgrown foundation plantings, and a bunch of weed trees growing into a perimeter fence in the back yard. They also trimmed two other large ash trees. They showed up when they said, and took down the big tree with little impact, cleaned up everything that day, only needing to return to remove the large limbs and trunk the next day. Once JULIE did the marking, they came and ground the stumps, removed the debris, and left a clean finished yard to our satisfaction.
I would recommend Advanced Tree Care based on my positive experience with them on this job. We had great customer service with professional & skilled crews.

Dru was great! Quick and reasonably priced estimate, very communicative when it came to scheduling our service, and extremely thorough/clean! When they left, you couldn’t tell that we had a tree trimmed, as there were no sticks anywhere to be found. Our tree looks great! 10/10 recommend!

On January 9, 2025, one of their trucks caused significant damage to my property by backing into my fence and knocking it down. I know for sure that the last truck parked in the lot separated by an alley was the one that caused the damage. I immediately went outside to try to stop the truck, but it sped away before I could do so. I called the police right away and filed a report, providing all the evidence I had.

Despite my efforts to resolve this matter with the company, it has been over 14 days, and I have received no response or acknowledgment. This lack of accountability and professionalism is both frustrating and disappointing.

I urge them to take responsibility for their actions and address this issue promptly. Ignoring incidents like this reflects poorly on their reputation and reliability.

I appreciate your response, but I strongly disagree with your claim that none of your vehicles were at the location.

Eyewitness Testimony – I personally witnessed one of your trucks backing too far and hitting my fence, knocking it down along with the supporting post. Additionally, multiple neighbors can confirm that an army of your trucks was present in the block between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM on January 9, 2025.

Immediate Police Report – I called the police immediately after the incident, and Police Officer responded to the scene. The officer included in the police report both green paint markings on the fence and truck tire tracks leading up to the damage. This incident is documented under Police Report #25-00227 from the Skokie Police Department.

Photo Evidence – I have attached a photo clearly showing a green paint mark on my fence, which matches the color of your fleet. Your claim that there was no evidence of contact is simply not true.
Your Trucks Were Present at the Exact Time – There was an army of your trucks present in the area between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Given the number of vehicles from your company working in the neighborhood during that exact timeframe, it is entirely unreasonable to claim that your trucks were not there.

I will use again, attention to detail was great. Communication from start to finish was great. Options for payment were great. The tree was trimmed awesome, and clean up like they were never there, Thanks!

The crew arrived ready to take down our dying 50+ year old maple. All was done with care and no damage to the lawn or driveway. The smaller branched were ground up and the larger trunks were brought out to the front of the house to be picked up a couple days later. After the tree was down, the area was thoroughly cleaned. The stump was removed a couple days later

I had a very large tree removed next to my garage with branches hanging far over my neighbor’s fence. The Advanced Tree Care team used a tall lift to cut each of the branches without letting them damage anything as they came down. The price was reasonable and they arrived right on time.

The Advanced Tree Care team was amazing! They removed a massive tree and pruned a few others, and did an exceptional job cleaning up at the end of the day! Their customer service has been fantastic every step of the way as well!
