The team repaired a sewer pipe that had detached from the house. Work was done quickly and correctly. Great people to work with. Reasonable price. Work involved digging and the work site was restored to look like it did before any work started. Would definitely use again!

Spas' team from Master Trade Inc recently finished a challenging relining of our old and compromised underground of over 300 feet long sewer line . The job required a great deal of expertise,, creative solutions for difficult conditions and stamina to work long days. The teams' commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction was exemplary.

Spas and Jay are amazing, tenacious and professional. I had extremely damaged, broken, scaled and cracked cast iron pipes under the slab of my home. They were able to clean and line my pipes to the point of looking like brand new pipes. Before leaving they ran a camera and showed me all my plumbing lines giving me peace of mind. We had roots in our sewer so I called five companies for consultation and quotes. Spas at Master Trade was by far the most knowledgeable of all of them. He responded right away and looked at the video done by my local plumber after they rodded the sewer. He explained most clearly (of all the people I called) what the problem was and had the best solution. When they came out, I was amazed by their equipment and expertise -- and how much cleaner they got the pipe, and how much clearer their video equipment showed the problem spots. The entire team was great. Very professional and courteous. They fixed the problem without having to dig up my yard and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier with this solution to a very stressful problem.

Master Trade recently lined the sewer in my 113+ year old home. The sewer line had severe, recurring root problems, as well as areas of deterioration. Emmanuel was always so helpful with information and accommodating my schedule with work dates.

Spas, Jay, and Giovani did such an excellent job! They have such excellent work ethics! Spas is the ultimate professional, and takes the time to not only do fantastic work...he also explains what is being done and why...and shows you via their camera exactly what is happening. The same is true of Jay and Giovanni! They are all hard, honest workers...who go above and beyond to get the job done...and done correctly! They are simply the best!

Also, they do it all with great personalities, kindness, and patience. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will be forever grateful for their hard, honest work!

A different plumber was going to install a clean out on my front lawn and before installation they inserted a camera into the sewer line.  I was told by this other plumber my sewer line was cracked and partially collapsed.  He told me they would need to replace the entire sewer line which also meant breaking up the slab under my finished basement.  I of course was beside myself.

Another plumber referred me to Master Trade.  Master Trade was able to install a liner instead of digging through the slab.  Spas the owner came to my house and inserted a camera into the sewer line and confirmed it was cracked and at no point was it collapsed.  Spas had me view the video screen while the camera was in the drain and explained each part of the sewer line in detail.   He was very respectful of my basement floor and cleaning the area around the clean out once he pulled out the camera.  He really made me comfortable and explained the entire process in great detail.  He told me that my sewer line could be repaired with a liner.  I was greatly relieved knowing there was no need to dig in the interior of my residence.

The next step was installing the clean out on my front lawn.  The job was done so precise and the crew (Spas, Sergio and one other gentleman) took great care to only dig where needed and were very respectful of my lawn and landscaping.  The next step was inserting the liner.    Spas and his crew Joey and Jay set up all of their equipment and once again were respectful of my property.  Upon completion of the job Spas had me view the video of the new liner.  Everything was cleaned up and left as it was before they started.

Emmanuel, Director of Sales and Customer Service was extremely professional, efficient and nice.  He promptly sent me the estimate, contract and invoice.  He answered all my questions promptly and kept me apprised during the whole process.  He assisted me with sending the estimate details and video to my insurance company.

I would not hesitate to utilize this company again for any of my future plumbing needs.  I wish this business great success, it is greatly deserved.

Spas and his team were great! Our clay sewer line was in terrible shape and crumbling in multiple places, so they lined it all the way from the house to the main. Spas talked me through the project from the beginning, kept me informed as surprises popped up, and showed me videos of everything before, during, and after the work. He also helped me out with a few unrelated plumbing quirks that he noticed and fixed for me on the spot. Nobody wants to have to have this work done, but at least we had a great experience with Master Trade. Hire them with confidence!

Master Trade was extremely professional from start to finish and I can’t recommend them highly enough. We have a home built in 1950 with a gravity sewer line that runs 120 feet underground from the main stack to the city connection. Over the years we have had numerous sewer backups and regularly had to resort to rodding, hydro jetting, etc., to clear the line. We had a video inspection done and there were several parts of the line that were in really bad shape. We knew we had to address it before it got worse.

With a sewer line length of 120 feet and depth of 10 + feet underground, we knew a traditional replacement of the line was not an option. We researched sewer lining and met and received quotes from several companies that had a specialty in this area. Most of them were nice and seemed like they knew what they were doing. The last company to come out was Spas from Master Trade. Spas asked a lot of questions and took the time needed to truly understand the problem. It was obvious Spas was a pro and really knew his stuff. He pointed out several things the other companies missed. Their plan was more thorough and just made more sense. I never felt as though it was a sales pitch. It was not a temporary solution and would address the problems long term so it would not be an issue again.

In the end, I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. Spas and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time, were polite, took the time to prep the area and protect the house, and left it as clean as when they got there. It was apparent through the process they took great pride in their work and were going to make sure the job was done right.

This is a great company. The need for the work was, as would be typical for sewer work, unexpected and not as much fun as upgrading a kitchen. Spas and Leena were very patient with my many questions. Spas made good videos of the lines so we could see what is going on and he explained everything to us. They were very professional and left no mess.

I cannot recommend Master Trade highly enough! Our house is surrounded by mature trees, some with deep roots. Master Trade came in and were able to install two clean outs and line over 90 feet of clay sewer pipes for us, all in under a week. Spas took an exceptional video that showed all of our pipes, before and after. He explained every step of the process. Master Trade was efficient, professional, and very reasonably priced.

Spas with master trade was excellent and a true expert in his craft. We used Master Trade to line our clay tile waste water sewer to prevent tree root infiltration. They seemed to be a smaller operation, but are well trained and have years of experience. We had multiple quotes. Spas was the only one to identify that we had perimeter drain tile tied into our sewer drain just from the video. He did a great job explaining the process and what to expect. After they were done lining the sewer, there was no grass concrete or landscaping that needed to be repaired. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do sewer lining.

He helped me solve a problem which a dozen of other professionals, from plumbers to waterproofing folks to general contractors could not figure out in 3 years.
