I needed to replace my kitchen undermount sink and faucet on a granite countertop. I called Rescue Plumbing and Pete and Noah were able to come over the next day.
After an evaluation they told me everything I needed to know and what my options were and quoted a price for the job.
I decided to get it done right away and so they did. I am very pleased with the outcome and Pete and Noah were very nice.
I would totally recommend them and I’ll definitely call them in the future if needed.

My bathtub faucet was dripping and needed a cartridge replaced. Logan came out, assessed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job.

The final job came in at estimate and the repair completely fixed the problem. I'm very happy with the service provided as well as the communication. I intend to use Rescue Plumbing for any future plumbing projects.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Isaac and Renny assessed our situation (we have VERY old plumbing and it has multiple needs--there was no shutoff valve for the sink, so this needed to be installed before the faucet and taps could be changed) and fully understood our specific need. They assured us that they could handle it and sent a quote immediately. We compared with a few other plumbers and found this was the most reasonable, but more than that, they really understood our need and saw exactly how they could meet it. They responded promptly to our calls. This was the first time we've needed a plumber and it's such a relief to know that we have one that is dependable, efficient, professional and reasonable.

We contacted rescue plumbing to replace our aging water heater. They were very prompt and did an excellent job! We had Vance come out and they even cleaned up the utility closet after it was all complete. I will definitely use them again.

I selected this business because of the good rating on google, however our experience wasn’t a positive one. Logan came to fix a shower backup issue in two condominium units that shared a wall, back to back. I informed him that this was a repeating issue and that in the past it was resolved through rodding from the basement. When he came into the building, he was met by one of the board members. When he went into our unit, without properly inspecting the issue, he right away confidently declared that the issue isn’t in the main line, but somewhere locally, and that me and the neighbor would have to split the bill, that he wouldn’t bill the association. I told him that I wouldn’t mind paying, but I asked him to be sure of what he is saying, as in the past it was always proven that problem was in the main line. He got approval from owners to start working. After he tried rodding from both units showers and realizing that problem wasn’t local, he acknowledged that it was the main line problem. He insisted that floor needed to be opened to get to the main line. My neighbor refused and explained to him how in the past the plumber would go in under the sink, after removing some part, and that it worked. He refused this suggestion and gave up on the work. He told my neighbor something in the terms of I bet you a $1000 that no one can fix this by doing what you suggested. He didn’t call me to explain anything but rather just sent a text “We were not able to get the job done. You will have to find someone else that is familiar with the issue. Thank you!” We called another plumber who came in the following morning and did what was suggested, and resolved the problem in 45min.

I called Rescue Plumbing Saturday afternoon to assist with a toilet issue and they were at my door the next morning to fix the issue! They were speedy and provided detailed feedback on what needed to be done to fix the toilet. We did have to pay a $99 weekend fee, however it was worth is knowing that we only have a single toilet. I would definitely recommend to neighbors and friends!

Pete did an excellent job fixing a water temperature issue with our washing machine. Informed me what the issue was and explained the proper pipe set-up for it. Learned something new as well. Highly recommend

He was very good at explaining technical plumbing concepts to us as laypeople and also not afraid to tell us difficult news- this means that if they are unable to help you through services that would ultimately have short-effects, he will tell you. Highly recommended!

I called Rescue Plumbing when my fridge couldn’t be installed due to a leaky valve. They not only came that same day, but even contacted me to see if they could come earlier than the timeframe I was given! He charged me $600 for an emergency service to pump water from a basement. was there for 15min then left to get a better pump, but never came back. Simply stole money for a service he did not rendered.
