Jim is the best appliance repairman in the entire universe.

Jim def knew what he was doing and is work was great when fixing my dishwasher/air gap. Definitely using him again for any appliance needs.

Fantastic! Our refrigerator went out. They came the next business day within the agreed window of time, repaired it quickly and the cost was very reasonable. We were worried we'd have to buy a new one but this was much better. Highly recommend!

I like these folks. They were always great on service. They always called when they said they would. They always showed up when they said they would. Their technician was fast, prompt, thorough, and friendly. Just good folks all the way around.

As far as service pricing goes they were less expensive than our local sears shop and more prompt and accommodating to boot.

The only thing I could fault them for would be charging a lot for the replacement part. I looked up the part after the fact and found it on Amazon for less than half the cost.

All in all I am pleased and would call them back again if i needed more help.

Avoid this place at all costs! Jim came to check on my washing machine, and while he was moving it, he put a hole in my wall. It wasn't a big deal initially, as he said he would repair the hole and give me a discount. After he finished repairing my washing machine, he told me he would be back in a few hours to fix the hole in the wall. He explained that he had another appointment after mine and would also provide me with a receipt for the washing machine repair. However, his card reader stopped working, so he had to send me an invoice instead. A few hours went by, and Jim was not answering his phone. I called again the next day and still heard nothing. A few more days rolled by, and the only thing I received was an invoice for triple the original price. And the hole was never fixed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Very responsive and quick repair. Pricing a bit higher than we’d like but can be overlooked by how fast and professional the repair was.

I hope I never need them again but if I do I won’t hesitate to call them ! Thanks.

Tan was very pleasant and informed us of everything that was wrong with the refrigerator & was very thorough in repairing it. Would definitely recommend them for refrigerator repairs.

Power light/burner went out on my oven right before thanksgiving I called A+ thet did a great job😊

Waited for service, then they called at last minute to cancel and make a extended appointment.
Said service call was 90 dollars, but service man tried to charge me 100 dollars.
Would never use them again !

Came next day. Was kind and helpful! Unfortunately, appliance was irreparable, but he advised us in our best interest!

The effort was there, but the diagnosis was not correct and ultimately our freezer is still not fixed after 6 visits. Wish we were told to buy another freezer instead of spending the $900

The guy on the phone spent 5 minutes just getting after me for trying to repair the fridge myself (I guess as apposed to just calling someone). Highly off-putting IMO. They might be great servicing fridges, but their phone service is funky.

Ken was timely, said what needed to be done, why, and what it would cost. Then he did it exactly as he explained. I was not looking forward to a refrigerator repair but it worked out perfectly. Thank you, Ken.
