Fantastic! Our refrigerator went out. They came the next business day within the agreed window of time, repaired it quickly and the cost was very reasonable. We were worried we'd have to buy a new one but this was much better. Highly recommend!
I like these folks. They were always great on service. They always called when they said they would. They always showed up when they said they would. Their technician was fast, prompt, thorough, and friendly. Just good folks all the way around. As far as service pricing goes they were less expensive than our local sears shop and more prompt and accommodating to boot. The only thing I could fault them for would be charging a lot for the replacement part. I looked up the part after the fact and found it on Amazon for less than half the cost. All in all I am pleased and would call them back again if i needed more help.
Avoid this place at all costs! Jim came to check on my washing machine, and while he was moving it, he put a hole in my wall. It wasn't a big deal initially, as he said he would repair the hole and give me a discount. After he finished repairing my washing machine, he told me he would be back in a few hours to fix the hole in the wall. He explained that he had another appointment after mine and would also provide me with a receipt for the washing machine repair. However, his card reader stopped working, so he had to send me an invoice instead. A few hours went by, and Jim was not answering his phone. I called again the next day and still heard nothing. A few more days rolled by, and the only thing I received was an invoice for triple the original price. And the hole was never fixed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
Very responsive and quick repair. Pricing a bit higher than we’d like but can be overlooked by how fast and professional the repair was.
